Time: 6:30pm Cost: $ 9 *Don’t recommend Food was old, dry and/or cold. Disappointed since we went around prime dinner time. Chicken entrees seem to be made up of dark meat, which I’m personally particular on. The texture and color is off putting, I’d prefer white meat. And as everything else it had seem to be sitting for a while. I gave it a second go around and waited for«fresh» food to be brought out of the kitchen. No change, which was really concerning to me. I hope there isn’t food sitting out under more lights in the back or possibly being microwaved. I chose not to risk eating the sushi or hibachi. I did like the sugar doughnuts. They were chewy on the ends that was touching the bottom of the pan, but I like the dough they used and tasted like it was fried in clean oil. I bet they are even more delicious fresh and hot. Side note: Crowd was questionable and group next to us had very pungent body odor. Top items I look for in a buffet: Rice: Dry Noodles: Dry and gummy(discolored) Crab rangoons: Weird taste to it(disliked) Hot and sour soup: Not hot or sour Green beans: non existed Chicken: cold, disliked taste and texture Dumplings: super greasy, did not like taste Sushi and hibachi: did not try

It’s not the biggest buffet in Wichita, but it’s very fresh and hot! Super friendly staff and only $ 8.50 for the dinner buffet!

This place recently opened. If I had walked in earlier and had a good hard look at it, I would have walked out the door and NEVER returned. I wish I could have discreetly taken pictures to show just exactly what I was seeing. First, the booths are in terrible shape with the vinyl being torn, worn and in extremely bad shape. Second, the food wasn’t even hot much less warm. The egg drop soup was in the same container that it was probably during lunch. The soup had caked on the side of the container that hadn’t been freshened or changed since lunch. The shrimp was old and tough. I couldn’t eat half of it because it was so old. It wasn’t hot or even warm. The sushi had been on the table and hadn’t been changed out. It tasted OLD and I don’t even know if it had been changed in the 2 hour limit after it had been placed on the table. The rice was mushy and old. Chicken was cold and greasy. Sweet & Sour sauce wasn’t even remotely hot much less warm. Service was nonexistent. The girl that waited on me was no where to be found. Only once did she even walk past my table not even offering me a refill on my water. Management never asked how things were and I was in a hurry to get out of this place after wasting my money on old, semi warm food. For what they charged with tax($ 9.14 with water) I would suggest that you pay possibly a little more and eat somewhere where you can actually get a hot, fresh meal. Even a sandwich would have been better than this food that was terrible. If someone does go there, I would caution you for the possibility of becoming ill. Not saying you would. But with the food practices that are going on in this restaurant I would err on the side of caution.

Good. This –location– has struggled in the past but this time they’ve(new owners) done it right! A fresh buffet without that«weird» after taste. A Hibachi grill with multiple types of skewed meat to pick from. Very friendly Chinese management that actually seems like they like Americans! A must come! Very good Chinese American food! Remember this isn’t PF Chang’s. This is South Side Wichita. Locals should be happy having something this decent close by.

Very disappointed. I love Chinese buffets, but this place misses the mark. Even the crab Rangoon was off, hard and funny flavor. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wouldn’t say it’s great, but the food is better than some of the buffet competition. I enjoyed the crab Rangoon, and both the sesame and the honey chicken. More ice in my drink on refills would have been nice. Friendly service.

The name is not very imaginative and at first glance this place looks cheesy and reminiscent of a cheap hotel casino midnight buffet in the middle of the desert(far away from the lights of vegas). I went at the recommendation of someone who had offered to pay for lunch, so who was I to be picky, it was free. It was a good sized buffet and surprisingly enough it was good. There were many different choices and it seemed fresh and creative. It appeared as though they didn’t just slap some things together. The bacon wrapped shrimp, crab ragoon, and hawaian chicken were a few of the many highlights and the ultimate highlight was $ 5.99 lunch buffet, impressive. Just get passed the décor, don’t worry about service(which was adequate, but buffet service is not exactly full service), and go hungry. Of course, I’m probably going to have to put in 10 times the effort at the gym tonight, but did I mention it was a free lunch. In any case I’d probably pay for it myself at some point in the future
