I got my pizza in less than 30 minutes. Manager told me how it was and said it might be late but probably not. I definitely consume more pizza than the last grouch that reviewed papa johns and I’m totally making up for the business lost. Amen

How terrible can a delivery experience be? How about driver who is 1 ½ hours late. On top of it, a manager who lies and says the driver is on his way. After a wait of 15 minutes and another call, a manager who says the driver just left. We call to cancel. Manager just says «okay.» We call back shortly after to verify that we won’t be charged, and get the «whatever,» response. Class act, Papa John’s. As massive consumers of pizza, you just made a VERY costly mistake.
