OMG WORST SERVICE EVER
We have been waiting OVER an hour for our pizza to come. Call back «umm the lady we talked to earlier said the pizza would be here 20 minutes ago is it on its way?»
Guy (Craig? Chris? Whoever) «yeah I don’t have your number what’s the name?»
«That’s weird they did call us back on this number to confirm: Jess»
«Oh yeah I see it they just sent out delivery it said it would be there at 9:29″
Waiting. Waiting. 9:38. Call back.
„Hi sir yeah we still don’t have pizza…“
„Oh hmm I don’t have that number in the system… Name?“
„Jess“
“Oh hmm yeah someone called in and said they already received that order»
«Wait why would someone call and say they received an order? What did they say their name was? It’s a different number…»
«I can’t say the name that’s between me and them»
HOW IS IT BETWEEN YOU AND THEM. It’s OUR order. YOUR coworker called us and CONFIRMED the order.
So we NEVER received any pizza and the kid said on the phone «I’m terminating this call because at this point this seems like a prank»
… I don’t joke about pizza son.

Absolutely worst place to order from.
Pizza never showed up and we were SO disrespected by the man working tonight on the phone.
He lied and said it was delivered. We are at a hotel and the lady at the front desk said they NEVER came. Need video proof? They’ve got it too.
Such a terrible way to treat customers. If there were 0 stars I’d choose that.

Sometimes you’re starving and craving pizza! It happens to all of us. There are definitely fancier pizza places but at least Pizza Hut is consistent, close and cheap. Plus, where else can you find stuffed crust pizza?!
I typically lean more towards local businesses but Pizza Hut started right here in Wichita! They have added a little flair to their menu with new ingredients, new sauces, crust flavors and even sauces to drizzle over your pizza. They are even starting to offer gluten free pizza in markets where demand is high enough. Doesn’t look like it’s offered anywhere in Wichita yet, so if you want that then tell them!
