Pizza Hut

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. We are new to the area and my husband called in a pizza when my kids and I were on our way home. They told him it would be 20 minutes and I got there about 20 – 25 minutes after the order had been placed. I pulled up to the pick up window and waited about 5 minutes for the woman standing there to even come to the window, she opened it and said «she will be right with you». Another 5 minutes later «she» came to the window, asked for the name then left and came back, telling me it wouldn’t be ready for another 8 – 10 minutes. This has been about 30 – 35 minutes since our order was placed. I was irritated, but said that was fine and gave her my debit card and paid. She came back a couple minutes later and asked the name on the order again, I told her, and she said «oh shit!» and slammed the window shut. This is when I started to get angry. I had the windows down in my car and my 3 & 1 year old children in the back seat and I didn’t appreciate having this girl curse right in front of them. She comes back and tells me she charged me for the wrong order and asks for my card to refund and recharge. A different woman brought my card back and said she gave me a $ 10 discount. At that point I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes, for two pizzas, that we had ordered 50 minutes earlier. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut. Horrible service.

Man that 6.99 pizzas doe is not done the shit is gooey and I didn’t like the shit! That’s the second time I’ve had it and that crust is just not rite. Everytime I’ve ordered it it’s nasty! If the shit is on sale or cheap don’t get it! From here or Pizza Hut cause the doe us always cheaply made and not the same or maybe it’s just this one smh
