BEST local Coffee house in Wichita! I enjoy sitting inside with clients or purchasing grounds to take home and enjoy. I always suggest this as my client meeting place when I’m Downtown!

You’ll find great coffee and an inviting, happening atmosphere at Reverie. I stopped by for a cup of coffee and couple hours of work on a recent visit to Wichita. During a Monday afternoon, the place was bustling with activity. You could tell it was full of students studying, remote workers, and plenty of colorful regulars drifting in and out the doors. I ordered my typical coffee black and sipped it while soaking in the good vibes of Reverie. The coffee, house-roasted, was excellent. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Wichita and plan on leaving with a bag of beans during my next visit.

They bring big city urban coffee vibes to the Midwest! My only regret is that I did not visit sooner! Courteous staff, awesome atmosphere and quality coffee crafting! I would argue they have the best coffee creations in Wichita.

Love the vibe of the place. Parking can be a little tricky if it’s busy but I just park on the west side of the building along the side. I get the Cashew Honey Latte every time and it hasn’t disappointed yet. Yum…

This is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. It is made so perfectly and with such high quality. They roast their own beans right in the store. The parking can be a little challenging at times but it’s definitely worth the visit.

Amazing!!! If you love small batch coffee or just a general coffee lover you must come here! Most da ys you can watch the roasting process for yourself and buy a few bags of beans roasted just days earlier. Bags are around $ 12 to $ 14 for 12 oz but you are paying for premium quality. You also get a free cup if coffee with each purchase. Also a great atmosphere to bring a book or laptop. Check their website for coffee classes for $ 5 and other events. We will be back!!!

Great local coffee shop with a passion for coffee and espresso. Anymore, this is the type of coffee shop I seek out: a simple menu focused on coffee and espresso drinks; focus and artistry in crafting the drinks; pleasant staff who like to talk about their drinks. Reverie nails all those points. Though they don’t serve much food, a food truck was parked outside over the noon hour, and they don’t seem to mind people bringing food inside. One criticism: it was really cold inside on a surprisingly fridged March afternoon.

I’m a big(HUGE) believer in supporting local businesses so when I saw this new coffee shop in my neighborhood I had to try it out. And it doesn’t disappoint. Everything from the staff to the décor to the most important part, the coffee is excellent. Americano is made strong and delish.

I love this place. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is cool like the other side of the pillow. The coffee is outstanding. The prices aren’t too bad and the place is super clean. Everything about this nifty coffee shop is great. Highly recommend checking it out.

Don’t waste your time going to Starbucks when you can check this place out for a change. It different and unique from all the other coffee shops in town. You walk in and your instantly wowed by the appearance. They offer their coffee all over town at the natural grocery stores like Whole Foods but I suggest you go directly to the source and buy the coffee and support your local businesses. Order a simple coffee or tea and you will love it. I typically order just a regular black coffee. Try them all because their all tasty. They also provide a punch card, so once you fill the card up you can earn yourself a FREE drink! I like this place for a change on things and study. Check it out! Meet up with friends! Get yourself some tasty coffee!

Simply put this is the finest coffee shop in Wichita. Nice and minimal for atmosphere but if you need to sit down and work for a few hours on your laptop you can do it comfortably. This is my go to when I am in Wichita on business.

Great coffee and crowd. C&C is all you need at a coffee place. We went on Saturday around 11 and the place was full of Wichita’s finest Hipsters and Dipsters. We found a table and ordered our coffees. They coffee took a long time which was fine because I was able to people watch. The empty cups with the names of those waiting to be caffeinated beside the Barista, looked like a row of airplanes waiting for take off. The coffee finally came and it was as good as it gets! It’s so important to support local place and I’m glad I did. Wichita doesn’t have much, some neighborhoods look like a 1930 depression sans Wellbutrin, but what it does have should be supported and applauded. Come to Reverie and be the Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy from Company C.

Reverie goes the extra mile to ensure that they are putting out the best product they can. Starting with checking out their coffee bean supplier to to providing regular coffee classes to their employees. They get deep into the chemistry and science of coffee. It always seems to be bustling with students, friends, and local regulars. I stop in on occasion to fuel up on energy before work. My drink of choice is a dirty iced chai. It’s tasty and does the job for sure. Reverie regularly hosts cool events like coloring book socials, concerts, latte art competitions, and even offer small classes to the public over various coffee related subjects. There is almost always a food truck out front to satisfy your appetite for anything more than the pastries Reverie offers. On top of all of this, Reverie even sells their coffee all over town. You can find their bagged beans and other products at almost 30 different locations in Wichita and KC. They sell at some grocery stores, bars, and even other coffee shops. They regularly donate their services and drinks to local events as well. Reverie is seemingly everywhere doing everything and killing it! I can’t wait to see what they do next.

This was a fantastic little gem we found during our 30 or so minutes in Wichita. It reminds me of the specialty roasters and shops back home in that they take a lot of pride in their work. I got the cappuccino with the single origin Guatemala. Rich, smooth and creamy, it was everything I could ask a cap to be.

Best coffee in town, best staff in town and cultural hub with a focus on all things local, Reverie is a no brainer for the coffee enthusiast. Not originally opened as anything more than a roaster, Reverie has expanded its business to incorporate a coffee house vibe and opened its door to performers, thinkers, tinkerers and artists to share what this business name was intended to inspire. Selling take home bags of coffee, coffee making tools, and yes, serving fine in house made coffee this roaster is making a national name for itself. Visitors from out of town are finding this place to have an exceptional product and are telling many others about it. My go to bag for home use is the El Salvadorian variety and is sold with a complimentary in house cup of coffee to go. They offer grinding service but I prefer to keep the bean as fresh as possible and do my own grinding at home. If you’re looking for something familiar yet exceptional, enjoy a drive down east Douglas and stop in to see many a smiling face.

It’s like they scooped it up from Silverlake and plopped it down in Wichita. You can smell the coffee roasting from the street, which was a good sign as I walked in on a blustery winter day. Inside, there are all the touches of a hispter haven– exposed brick, Hario kettles, reclaimed church pews and classroom chairs for seating, and faces hunched over glowing Macbooks. But is the coffee good? Yes. While the cappuccino was a bit foamer than what I usually see, it was rich and delicious. The espresso taste came hrough strong but not bitter. Excellent! My only quibble was that it was a bit slow and the server was a bit indifferent– she practically threw my credit card back at me after she swiped it. Not a big deal, but worth taking note of. Sadly, I am concluding that I need hipster coffee where ever I go now. Even when visiting my wife’s family in good ol’ Wichita!

Reverie has been making a serious effort to level-up Wichita’s coffee scene since their launch in June of 2013. After their debut, they quickly made in-roads into local coffee shops, restaurants, and regional Whole Foods stores(where I discovered them). But the best place to enjoy their creations it is at their café where you can see them receive daily bean deliveries from local importers Kapeh-Utz. What I recommend: Reveri’s Boneshaker Espresso. It’s very hard to nail an espresso blend. But Reverie has managed to do that by combining the smokiness of Sumatra, sweetness of Ethiopia, and ‘Caramelness’ of Colombia to come up with this unique espresso.

I love this neat coffee shop on Douglas. This place reminds me of Gaslight in Chicago, where all the hipsters congregate during the day. The chai is smooth and creamy, and the cold brew is super strong. There’s also beans you can buy by the pound. Supposedly there are live bands and game nights, but I haven’t ventured out to partake on their events yet. The price is extremely fair for the quality and service they provide here.(ie 3 for a cup of chai) They also have a buy 9 get 1 free loyalty card, which is a nice gesture. Unfortunately it’s in a weird part of town where there’s nothing around, but there are plenty of parking spots next to the shop. I can’t wait to see the new renovated space later this week!

I finally made it down to the famous Reverie. I didn’t expect such a small shop. The ladies and gentlemen that i had the pleasure of getting to know, were more than welcoming me to Wichita and shared conversation with me. I tried the general Soy milk latte. Good coffee, with a very thick, rich flavor, unlike anything I’ve ever had! The only thing interesting was the foam part that consisted of the Soy milk i believe? I didn’t enjoy that part. Usually i taste a rich flavored soy in my Starbucks and this didn’t taste anything like Soy Milk. Still a fun environment for a coffee house with very unique items in it. They do close early, so it hasn’t become a regular choice for me t this time.
