Good service and location. Get what you pay for here. If you want cheap and dirty storage, this is not your place. Management is always out on property.

Ok… so I had to get a storage unit to rent and this is the one I chose (BAD IDEA). I had alot of stuff and thought this was going to be a good place for my stuff. It was until they raised my rent a year later. I thought ok no biggy. Then they raised my rent again after 6 months. I decided to look around for another company. I found this place on 511 W. Macarthur, Wichita KS, 67 217, AB Mini Storage and rented with them for 3 years and not once did they raise my rent. I am now in a nice home out of state but if I ever come back to Wichita and had to get a storage unit this would be the one for me. Watch out for the rent raisers.
