«Panini» which was microwaved first then… Pancaked. Gross… And not made to order. Only option through security so I guess they can elect to be disgusting as possible and people will still stop…

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! When you order something and repeat it over and over and still get it wrong. Then argue with you that you said it wrong??? Not a way to run a business or educate employees that the customer is always right so at least try to correct your error.

Ordered the BLT and it was so bad I decided to throw it in the trash. When I went back to order something else I halfway expected the girl at the checkout to ask if there was something wrong with the first order but she was completely disinterested. The second order, an erg and cheese on bagel was only slightly better than the BLT. If you’re flying out of Wichita Mid Continent I highly recommend eating before you get to the airport.

I am sure if I had a regular bagel with cream cheese that I would have been very happy with my meal. Instead, my wife and I had a turkey panini and chicken Parmesan sandwich that were sadly mediocre.

How do you screw up a bagel? You microwave it! Got to the airport early and wanted a nice bagel. Eaten at Great American several times without incident. Well, this morning the toaster doesn’t work so they microwave it. Ruins the consistency.

There are not many options on the menu. This place sticks to bagels and bagle sandwiches. I recommend the Kansas sunrise with bacon and American, but have then use a multigrain bagle. It is delicious and can be ordered at any time of the day. It is a regular meal when I am awaiting a departing flight. All drinks are bottled, no fountain. Simple, but good.

One of the few options in the Wichita airport. Got a bagel sandwich with a whole grain bagel, eggs, and ham. There were not too many options. The guy making the bagel was pretty grumpy. I noticed a portion of the eggs were cold while I was eating it.
