We were supposed to have our bed delivered today. After being told it could be here the day after purchase, possibly Wednesday but definitely by Friday(today). After not hearing anything, I contacted them today after taking today off, and was told our bed would not be in until Monday. I can’t take more time off, and work afternoon/evening’s which is the only time they deliver. Super dissatisfied, as little to nothing is being done to accomadate for their lack of communication and flexibility.

In January I went to this store and dealt with a salesman named King. I explained that I was starting a care home for veterans and would be in need of more beds and furniture in the near future. I had a great experience and got a bed in my price range. HOWEVER… within the last month I went back to buy a queen size replacement mattress this time for myself— I did not need box springs or the frame since I was simply replacing my worn out mattress. I was still on a budget and explained this to the salesman(King was no longer working at this store and was off duty at his new store otherwise I would have went and dealt with him!). He showed me a bed in my range that he described as a kid’s bed, a guest bed for a night visitor etc. I pointed out that I was plainly a LARGEMAN and was looking for a bed that would be comfortable for at least 5 years. He pointed out beds that were on sale but twice my budget. When I asked what bed I could get that would work for ME and be in MY price range($ 300-$ 500 ish) he again pointed out what he said was a bed for a kid. When I told him obviously that was not a bed for a large man like myself he said NOBODYANYWHERE would have a mattress for someone MYSIZE for under $ 600 and made it sound as if that would pretty hard to find at $ 600 even! I left and went down the street to the new mattress company from Denver. In 5 minutes I was shown a bed in my price range that was guaranteed to meet my needs… and if it didn’t work for me I could EXCHANGEITFORUPTO A YEAR and put the money towards a higher quality mattress. I won’t say that this company has LOST my business and that I would NEVER go back… but moving forward I CANSAY that they will no longer be the first place I check. BUT honestly based upon my experience with Denver… I am not sure I will be back to the cheap sheep!

Avoid the store on Dugan, West Kellogg, had horrible experience there not sure about this one, but since it’s the same company, they had horrible customer service and the manager there was rude, mean, threatening and laughed in our face saying they have never given money back in 10 years because they ‘got my money’ now! Went in on Friday, cancelled sale on Monday after and he just said NOWAY I can ever get my money back. Beware this company. However, heard the manager at 21st street store — Nick, was a good guy, wonder what he would of done. Still, company policy may be something to avoid. The Mattress Hub is my favorite mattress store EVER. They are so friendly, informative and try to find you the perfect mattress for your sleep needs. I never felt like I was being pressured into a mattress that
