Any time I go here it reminds me why I quit going here. Simple order, 26-piece spicy chicken nuggets, a «value size» french fry and a small Frosty. Pull up to the window, pay my money, get handed the Frosty and told«it’s 3 minutes on the nuggets, please pull forward», which I do, even though there are no cars behind me in the drive through. About 3 minutes later, a car pulls through the drive-through, gets their order, and leaves. Two more cars come through the drive-through, get their orders, and leave. It isn’t until 14 minutes later that someone of negligible authority comes out to ask if I’m waiting for something…“yes, my 3-minute nuggets that are now going on 14 minutes!” She waddles back inside and brings them back out, telling me «oh, we’re sorry, we just had a shift change and no one told me there was someone waiting for an order.» I got another Frosty to replace the one that half-melted during my wait, but the nuggets and fries were cold when I got them home, a less-than-5-minute drive. Evidently, I have a «free replacement» order coming the next time I visit, which will be sometime after monkeys fly out my rear end.
