West Acres Bowling Center

I’ve been here several times over the years and it’s always been a good experience. On July 4^th they had 99 cent games and shoe rentals and we took our daughter bowling for the first time. They had a feature where the bumpers came up automatically for her which I thought was very cool!

It was a typical bowling alley. We went during kind of odd hours, so not much music or any big thrills. The lanes were ungreased and impossible to bowl on. No soap in the ladies room, which drives me insane, considering its a bowling alley.

Came on Monday night with my friends and family and it was a great night. Cheap bowling on Monday nights with shoe rental and 3 hours of games for a low price. My friend also joined the bowling league and I think the prize is a ball or something like that.
I’ve never bowled with a 9 before and this place has them, which was cool because it is my new bowling friend. Although one thing I didn’t appreciate was that some balls were smooth and others had breaks inside the hole so would get rough on the hands after awhile. They had a full bar and snack area and televisions next to the game score boards.
Great for kids also, because not only do they get bumpers to ensure they don’t bowl gutters, the kids also have a stand to use to roll the ball off of which I thought was cute since I’ve never seen it.

Cheap bowling. It’s certainly not a fancy place, but it works.
