I set an appointment for 3 weeks out due to having strict time where I can get in. I filled out all the required paperwork before showing up for my appointment only to find out that they cancelled mine. Why did they because the front office couldn’t reach me on my cell. Never called my work, my spouse or sent me an email saying they were trying to get in contact with me. When I showed up to find out that they removed me form the calendar the receptionist tried to fit me in but I(as a potential patient) overheard one of the dental tech say she does not care what happened that she wont make time for the patient. IEME. I will never go to this office again. I will tell everyone I know to never go here and hope the staff gets removed as I herd the doctors are great. To bad the staff sucks!

The one star rating is for the hassles we faced on dealing with the billing process. The doctors themselves were excellent. We were required to pay in full, up front, contrary to their policy as stated on their website, which stated only estimated out of pocket costs would be pre paid. Our primary insurance was billed for service. Correctly, they denied the claim, which was then to have been sent on to our dental insurance. After numerous delays, our dental insurance received the statement, with the request they pay Wichita Endodontics in full. This, after they’d received payment from us. After contacting our insurance again and being told the check had been cashed several weeks earlier, we called the office and finally got reimbursed.

My grandma needed a root canal and this office was recommended. She lives in Wichita. I believe it was a Dr. Watson who treated her and she said it was the best root canal she has ever had. Thank you for taking care of grandma.
