Horspitality RV Park & Boarding Stable

Decent enough place, but the reason for the low rating is our unwelcoming reception. We showed up after being on the road for hours at around 9pm. We soon discovered that they don’t take credit cards and we didn’t have all of the $ 36 in cash. Two gas stations later, we had the cash and went back. The pull through spots are very narrow. We joked how we could pass groceries from our door to the neighbors door without getting out. We backed out and went two spots down where there wasn’t a neighbor. By that time, some grouchy man came by for what reason, I don’t know except to voice his concerns about us not arriving during daylight. By then, it was around 9:45pm. He yelled,“RV parks close at night!” I then proceeded to ask him why there was a night registration desk on the front porch. He had nothing else to say. We will not be going back there ever again! The next morning, the man who seemed to be in charge was cordial.

lots are a little oddly set up, but they are level, and have all the expected hookups. Nice bathrooms, kind owners. I have no complaints.

Took a little side road the other night. Ended up in Wickenburg Arizona. pulling a 30 footer needed a place to stay. We ended up calling in late to the horsepitalty RV park. What a quiet little gem of a place. Manager was closed coming out the door but stopped went back in and helped me very nice service. Even took me around and showed me the spot where to put my stuff. He even offered to help me set up and hook up my supplies. What a great way to do business and get repeat customers. Everybody there was super friendly. We will be stopping there again on our next trip by. glad we found that place.
