Rude and extremely unprofessional over the phone in their service department. Not necessarily a reflection on the quality of work done on the vehicles, which is solid, however; those working in that department dealing with customers need to re-evaluate their phone etiquette.

The biggest issue is that we bought a car on November 26, our temp plate expired on Dec 27, and the dealership did not send out the title until Dec 22, almost a month after purchase, with 4 days to get permanent plates(4 days, two of which are holidays.) That is ridiculous. Our sales rep, Brian, was very nice and helpful. I would give Brian 5 stars, and the finance guy who didn’t send us our title for a month(and was pushy with trying to get us to buy an increased warranty) 1 star.

It’s a Ford dealer and service center so what is there to say right? Well most recently I went there to extend my F150 warranty and the gentleman in finance really did a good job matching me up with the right service plan. I also bring my truck there for warranty work and not only are they pretty quick with their work but they usually run my truck through the wash for nothing. I will probably go there when it comes to getting a new truck just because its a no nonsense, work with you when they can kind of dealership. That’s all.
