I grew up down the street from Rice’s. Growing up, it was basically a place that sold pies and some fruits and vegetables. I love what it’s been renovated in to. Awesome ice cream shop, and the breakfast sandwiches and bagels are SOGOOD. How I wish this was around when I was growing up. The seating area is also cozy and fun. Not a huge fan of their coffee, but it’s serviceable. Either way, I’ll be back every time I’m home!

This little place is great. My husband and I had breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and a scone/muffin top pastry. All of it was down right delicious for 20 bucks. I would absolutely come back and encourage everyone to have one of those pastries.

Love it! I have only ever ordered the cranberry muffin top that’s filled with cream cheese. It tastes like a cheesecake is baked inside the muffin top. I would love to try other things, but I cannot imagine going here and not ordering that item. It’s so big that I couldn’t possibly order a second item. But I have heard so many good things about their other food. They have baked good and ice cream!!! This place is very clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Everyone should visit here!

I’m so happy they’ve reopened I’ve always loved their apple cider doughnuts and am glad they’re back. The price is a bit steep– $ 4 for 6 doughnuts. The addition of the ice cream shop is great. The ice cream is the best around!

I have a slight obsession with Rice’s. I come in frequently now that they started serving breakfast sandwiches. Do yourself a favor, and order the Spicy on a cibatta. its the best! I don’t know how they make their chai but its very delicious. Service is great and the ladies behind the counter are super nice. Ice cream is still the best and I love when they have new flavors! You really can’t go wrong with local businesses.

Rice fruit Farm is back after being closed for six years with a whole new updated interior featuring homemade ice cream. I used to stop in a couple times a year before it closed for fruit and baked goods. The selection wasn’t overwhelming for either at the time. It was more known to me as the place to order your holiday pies from. Then it closed for many years, and recently reopened. I heard it was open and had to check it out. Everything is new and done over with the layout looking the same. At the time I went most of the baked goods were wiped out, so we just settled on ice cream. They have a whole new ice cream and dessert area which happened to take debit cards. The ice cream was pretty good and priced at the going rate. There is a redone and bigger indoor seating area. They also carry dairy, grocery, and local items. Hope they do good and are around for many more years.
