We are so sorry that we waited so long to get our carpets done. In fact we were going to replace them, but these two young men performed their job in a professional and timely manner. They arrived on time. Their fees are excellent and they were pleasant to work with and we will recommend them to everyone! We are going to use them regularly from now on!

Jeremy and his partner cleaned my grout and carpet yesterday and they did an amazing job! My carpet looks and feels brand new! My tile is shiny and my grout is white again! They were very professional, on time and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

This company did a phenomenal job with my carpet and tile. The carpet and tile have been the same since 1999 and the previous owners left, well hid, some pretty bad stains I thought were impossible to get out. They made the carpet look brand new and tile/​grout looks amazing.
They were very professional and the service was worth the price 100%. I highly recommend using this company for your home or business.

Jeremy and A Step Above did a fantastic job cleaning my mother’s home. He gave us a great quote and arrived on time and look extremely professional. He was also able to fit us in on short notice and on our time frame. He even went above what he quoted and cleaned a front porch. We would highly recommend Jeremy and this company and would not hesitate in the future to use them again.

The guys showed up and looked professional; we are selling our home and they cleaned our windows with power sprayer, cleaned our patios, deep cleaned our carpets and tile, and cleaned our couches. Overall excellent and efficient job!
Only issue? When they ran their hoses in and out, the chemicals they use spilled on our grass or front leaving marks, otherwise I recommend them

These guys are great and get the job done. I have 4 dogs and my carpet was a mess, they took their time and treated my carpet with special enzyme to help with the pet stains and odors. I wont use anybody else because how great of a job they do. I highly recommend.

Professional and thorough. These guys came in here and did exactly what I asked them to and then some. My carpet was a mess. My two puppies really did a number on my floors for the past 5 months. Charged me exactly what was quoted over the phone. I will be calling them pretty soon to clean my furniture and my other two floors. Call them. And they were on time. I was impressed.

My husband and I work long hours and commute and cleaning our tile floors before the holidays just wasn’t in the cards. We called A Step Above Cleaning Services, they gave us an estimate over the phone based on our description of the area needing cleaned. They arrived on time… dressed in professional uniforms and did the most amazing job! To top it off, they recalculated their original phone estimate and it actually cost us less! I would refer this company to anyone that needs clean floors/​carpets. I appreciate that this is a small business and they really take pride in what they do.

With 2 small boys and 2 big dogs our carpets were a mess! These guys came and made our carpets look like new! They are affordable, hard working and very accommodating.
