I have gone in a couple times and have had mixed experiences. The food is always good even though they charge a dollar for each addition to your food item. Sometimes when you catch one of the front counter girls in a bad mood you will know she is having a bad day because it reflects on how she is taking your order. Other than that their food portions are huge and filling even though nothing really sets them apart from other Mexican food places in the area. I love the Carne Asada Fries.

First time there girl at the front desk was very rude the food was horrible and a little bit overpriced I wouldn’t of cared if the food was good seeing as I only went there because it was closer I would definitely go to El Gordito or Los primos it’s worth the drive definitely not recommend this place to anybody

Personally, I love the Taquitos here! The whole family can get an order and share at a reasonable price! I remember once my cousin was in labor at the hospital nearby and we got Taquitos for everyone in labor and delivery! It may not be the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, but it sure hits the spot!

I am never disapointed when I come here. The food is so good and the service is always friendly. I absolutely love their green salsa. Probably the main reason I come here.

Love their bacon and egg breakfast burritos and the chilaquiles (spicy). They serve decent good portions.

We have been hitting up Los Jilbertos for years. I highly recommend the Carnitas or Al Pastor tacos with onion, cilantro, and hot sauce. Delicious.

This is a terrific place to go for some yummy and quick Mexican food. The guacamole is a bit runny otherwise try anything on the menu it all good!

Me and family walked into this location with the cashier/​waitress on her phone while the tables were unclean… Anyways, Genuinely
I had questions about the menu. More specifically about wether the monster burrito could come dry instead of wet. The cashier/​waitress gave me a disgusting look as if I was speaking of another language. Nothing but attitude our entire experience there. After the food was ordered, she delivered the tray in a disrespectful way. Basically tossing our tray was unnecessary. The food was decent. (1:30pm), But disgusting customer service. Never to bring my business back to this mediocre location. Thank you:)

Excellent food, good prices, large portions. Asada fries feed an army; are the bomb! I would suggest trying their FLAUTAS which are as large as a burrito is circumference, wrapped in a flauta flour tortilla. Stuffed. I have never had an issue with to-​go orders I have placed. And have always been treated cordially. I think we are all human and make mistakes, such as the case with the sour cream in a previous review. Pretty volatile.

I despise going somewhere and paying for additional ingredients, that I don’t get.
Check this out, simple order. Chile verde burrito ADD sour cream. Additional charge .99 plus tax.

All the food is great, comes out fast, and the large tacos are HUGE! Carne Asada fries are my favorite though…

Amazing price, fresh tasting food, quick service! Delicious burrito with a clean atmosphere. This will be a regular go to place for me.

So far so good I’m eating one tasty bacon breakfast burrito! My first time here me and my bf walked in, as always my bf greets the girl behind the register with a good morning, we’re in a good mood taking the boat out for the 4^th of July. She’s very nice and we all start making conversation. I do agree that they need to change that payment policy. We didn’t see the sign on the cash register right in front of our face! Did you guys ever think that just mabey they own that atm machine. Duh!

Inconsistent food. And now they have a policy where they only accept cash for order under twenty dollars. But continently they have an atm that you can use for a five dollar withdrawal charge.

I’ve tried this place several times and the meat doesn’t even seem real. I love Mexican food but this place is very greasy, dirty and the ingredients are very low quality. I’m always afraid I’m going to get sick after eating here. Cashier isn’t very friendly or helpful. I like Tacos Tijuana or Los Reyes — or shoot, even Del Taco is better.

We walked in to get food and apparently they don’t take cards for under a $ 20 purchase… our order was about $ 17 so call in the bitch police because you would have thought we committed a crime because we didn’t know and didn’t have cash. The girl was SUCH a little Shrew! (Dirty looks and she could of got a trophy in a eye rolling contest) Looking back we should have just walked the hell out. She finally took our card but said «since I’m guessing you’ve never been here (insert more eye rolling here) I’ll take it this time but next time if you find the food good, bring cash»
Oh, don’t worry there will not be a «next time». Ever. These places are a dime a dozen! BYyyeeee.
Wow! And I’ve just read other reviews this girl must be related to the owner and he just doesn’t give a damn! Crazy!

One word to describe my experience «disappointed».
When I ordered my food I wasn’t greeted at all but seemed rush and bothered by the cashier. Kind of odd when I am the customer spending my money to keep you the cashier employed. I let it go thinking everyone has one bad day. However now that I read the other reviews I confirmed its not me but there lack of understanding what customer service is all about.
To the owner. Don’t forgot we have a choice where we the customer chooses to spend our money. I can tell you I will not choose your establishment anytime soon no matter how decent the food is until you correct your major customer service issue.

First time back here in over a year. They changed the salty ladies upfront (At least when i was there today) and it made the world of difference in the atmosphere of the store.
The burritos are still about the same size, and from what I remember, they haven’t increased pricing on the burritos, which is amazing considering prices of everything are going up.
The burritos here are amazing, all meat and salsa or guacamole, no filler crap like beans, rice, lettuce, etc.
