Well, this review is long over due. As the previous post before me stated, Scott is super honest. I moved out to Wildomar in 2011 and had been looking for a Mechanic for larger jobs. So, I took my commuter Sienna in for the timing to Scotty’s, I had 112,000 on it. He advised me that besides doing the timing, people usually get the water pump done at the same time.(This I knew, because of accessing the pump, they are are sold as Timing Kits) He gave me a price with and without the water pump. He cut the Dealers cost considerably. Just prior to brining it in, I had problems with the Alternator, so I bought one to put on, but took it in prior to getting that on. Scot finished my car quick and he also put the Alternator on free of charge. He said that since he had the belts off, that was a simple fix. He offered my old parts returned, gave me a year warranty and charged me cost for parts.(I knew how much the parts were prior to going in) I have driven it now for almost 4 months and it’s been flawless. What I like about Scotty’s, he emailed me information and kept in contact. I just wanted generic parts, but I’m sure if I had wanted Toyota parts installed, he would have been happy to use those.(I hope I’m not speaking out of turn, but he knew I was on a budget so he did what he could to cut cost) It was a job well done.

Most honest mechanic I have met to date. Won’t up sell you on anything. Gets it done right. Been using Scott for almost 15 years now. Prices are excellent, labor is not outrageous like dealers. Definitely recommend! Taken 4 different vehicles over the years. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
