Starbucks

I love going to this Starbucks. The staff always know my favorite drink every morning. It makes me feel appreciated as a regular customer. They always make my drink the way I request. Kudos to the staff at this location!

Best Starbucks ever. It’s on my way to work so I pass through there Monday-​Friday between 6:30am-7am, so this review will apply to the drive-​thru morning shift baristas. They always get my order right and everyone is super friendly and at times they have gone up and beyond which is not expected but definitively appreciated. I will continue to visit this location as long as the same group of wonderful employees are around.

Located Right off the 15-​fwy in a small strip mall on Clinton Keith (East side 15-​fwy. is another in a small strip mall West side)
Service, location, baristas… all excellent! * Easy access on & off the freeway. They have a great new Molten Chocolate drink that is a chocolate lover’s dream. Place is always clean & has a speedy drive-​through. This location has the neat new charging stations in the tables for all your mobile devices.

Great staff, clean, and very friendly. One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in. And trust me, I know Starbucks and they know me. Lol. Highly Recommend.

So my first time back and my order was correct but Donna was back at the window. With this location be my most frequented Starbucks I have seen her in action before. Normally very bubbly and friendly to customers. But now she knows who I am and is definitely not that bubbly person. It’s unfortunate that she made a mistake and can’t own up to it. Not sure I’ll ever be able to learn. This Starbucks is very busy and I am sure my review is a flash in the pan to them but I can assure you I will take my business to another location.

Doug and I make several trips to this location every weekend and receive great service from Dorothy. She is incredibly friendly and keeps us coming back.

I had a the best experience here customer service was great, I felt so welcomed and the energy in there was just awesome it definitely made a difference in my morning! the sandwich I got this morning the ham egg and Swiss was put together well very tasty as well as the coffee, I feel like it was made with love! Haha. Definitely the most favorite Starbucks I have ever walked into.

I didn’t see a Unilocal page for the Starbucks inside Albertsons, so im Unilocaling this Starbucks. I went in an ordered my $ 5 grande coffee and also asked for a cup of ice for my coworker who had bought a venti tea earlier. The barista stated that a cup of ice was 25 cents, I said fine begrudgingly. When my coffee was ready I asked for my ice. She said she didn’t charge me for it. I asked if she could just give me a cup and she stated no… But if I wanted to go get a quarter she would give me some ice! Seriously! I spend $ 5 – 8 dollars everyday and a cup of ice is too much to ask for? Starbucks. You suck! But since I’m addicted I will continue to give you my hard earned money. I will never go to the Statbucks inside Alberstons again though.

They messed up my order the first time I ordered a second time and they didn’t have what I asked for so they hooked it up with what I wanted for free and they give me a gift card. Thank you for your efforts Starbucks!

This is our «go to» Starbucks even though it’s not the closest to our house. The drive thru is always fast and our orders are always accurate.

I stopped by this Starbucks drive thru today on my way home from work, the cashier was a little rude but bearable. I ordered a venti iced coffee with 2 pumps of toffee nut & light soy, a Mango black tea unsweetened and a shortbread frap cookie for my son. Not only did they forget my son’s cookie, but My tea was loaded with sweetener. Also My coffee was more cream than anything, so I couldn’t even enjoy (being that I am lactose intolerant) Next time I’ll drive down to the other Starbucks on Clinton Keith near Barons.

This is the only drive thru Starbucks on my way to work, so I usually hit them up around 6:00 — 6:30 AM during the week to get my daily tea and sometimes coffee fix.
Yes, there is one on the other side of clinton keith, but it is out of my way so even though I don’t love this location I know I will keep coming here.
My drinks are correct 99% of the time, and the food is always fine which is why this place is getting the two stars it is. My major issue with this place is the employees. Almost every single employee here is disgustingly rude. I’ve been coming here almost everyday for a year, and no one is the slightest bit friendly that whole time.
I gave up walking in after the older woman working there would give me attitude every time I order a pour over vs. machine brewed. I’m sorry, but it definitely tastes better. Now I mostly stick to the drive up and stick to Iced teas, Although the service there hasn’t been much better. Still cold, uninterested in their jobs, and giving dirty looks for paying with my app.
I really hope they start working on their customer service, in the meantime I may start going across the way to the other location.

My drinks always taste the best here. Some of the drive thru people could be a little friendlier but most of them are real nice. I haven’t seen his name but the guy working the drive thru in the mornings with facial hair is always upbeat and friendly. He always puts a smile on my face

Usually I don’t have any problems with you guys but today really hit my peak. It’s Saturday morning and I just want my coffee to start the day, I go in the drive thru, and not only was my order messed up, or my bagel burnt but I got ms sassy pants at the drive true, after telling her 3 times that I only wanted my bagel SLIGHTLY toasted, and it came out burnt. I couldn’t even finish it. My coffee was supposed to have two extra pumps of mocha, doesn’t taste sweetened at all. When I went back in to tell someone, I was told that I couldn’t have a new bagel because they ran out. So I didn’t get a breakfast this morning. Guess I’m gonna have to go elsewhere for my coffee needs. Thanks Starbucks.

First time that I wasn’t greeted upon entering. I even waited patiently as they assisted another customer. But I wasn’t thanked fory patience. And I wasn’t asked for my name. I received somewhat of a rude comment from baristas when I said I didn’t hear my order.

Nice place, always BUZZY in the early AM hours though.

Don’t come in 15 minutes before closing unless you want to have to ask if you can sit at a table because all of the chairs are already up and then have employees shrug and seem unfriendly. Not good image for your company

Great service and a solid crowd of batista. Sometimes I go to their drive thru when I’m in my military uniform and this sweet lady always gives me a discount or a free coffee. Makes my day and my drive home much easier. Thank you guys!

When I go to the Indian casinos in Temecula, we stop at this Sbux on our way back to the OC. Located in the edge of a strip mall off Clinton Keith Rd is this Starbucks drive thru. Its not the biggest store I’ve been to, but they have a decent size inside/​outside sitting area, and their baristas are friendly. This location, and the one opposite side of the freeway seem to have plenty of merchandise, if you are looking for the harder to find mugs, tumblers or what not.
Plenty of parking out front, and there is a drive thru.

Nice drive thru, and inside service has been great as well. They got my complicated order correct which was nice and they did it with a smile.
Drinks came out perfect.
While most Starbucks are pretty much the same I like to leave a good review when it is earned should someone who works there check Unilocal
