Are here for lunch today and service was really good. Can’t beat the cost of the lunch specials and they are large portions. My gluten free entrée was steamed chicken with broccoli and white rice. My husband had the garlic chicken, string beans and vegetable fried rice. We were both very pleased.

Great food! This was my first experience and overall, it was a great one! The man on the phone was super nice. We ordered it for pick –up. They said 15 – 20 minutes and that was exactly so! It was ready right away. We had about a 20 minute drive and the food remained nice and hot. We had an assortment of food. General Tso’s chicken was delish! I tried a bit of the shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce and it was tasty. We had the steamed dumplings that were so flavorful. It was a tad pricy-but other then that, I was one satisfied customer!(Plus the portions are incredible!)

Great food, classic service! Been going to this place for the past 20 years. Peter and the rest of the staff bring quality. Best pork fried rice! A must order. It’s a BYOB!

Having eaten a lot of Chinese food in NY, I can honestly say this place is pretty good. We usually come here for dinner every year we come to the Wildwoods so that’s saying something. The waitstaff are pretty friendly, even when they are super busy. The menu is pretty typical of Americanized chinese food; lo mein, fried rice, General Tso’s chicken etc. so don’t expect anything fancy. We do like the fried Pork chops though so I definitely recommend those. All in all, pretty OK Chinese food.

The food was well below average. Quite possibly the worst I have ever had. The rice had zero flavor and the dim sum was just a pork potsticker. My wife said it wasn’t always this bad. Bottom line don’t go here. You will regret it.

I have eaten at the Dragon House some time ago and remembered it being pretty tasty… well NOTTHISTIME! I placed an order to go and it was anything but good! The shrimp lo mein noodles were undercooked and the shrimp had little to no taste. We had two platters of boneless ribs and almost all of it was full of gristle that you could barely chew. The pork friend rice was either old and sitting around or totally undercooked and rock hard with no flavor at all! The egg rolls were no Bueno either. I ALSOGOTANORDER of «Dim Sum» that were nothing more then 2 freezer bag pot stickers. Did I really just pay $ 4.50 for 2 pot stickers!!! My order was close to $ 50 bucks and I and my family are still hungry being as though we chucked the inedible«food»! I could have ordered from McDonald’s for $ 15.00 off the Dollar menu with better results! EPICFAIL! SAVEYOURMONEY!

Very disappointed in the quality of the food we just ordered. Feel like we wasted $ 40 on inedible food. My husband went to open the delivery bag and EVERYTHING was covered in brown sauce and oil. After wiping everything off, he opened his chicken and broccoli to find a soggy oily egg roll and chicken that looked steamed with overlooked broccoli that looked like it may have been frozen instead of fresh. The chicken was dry and had no flavor at all. I had asked for pork lomein and received a container of pork fried rice that was also inedible. Rice was over cooked and the pork tasted like perfume. Only thing that was decent from our entire order was the fried dumplings. First time having chinese food and I’m still hungry. Don’t waste your money… we threw almost all the food away!

Best place for Chinese food. Extensive menu, good service, very crowded at times. It’s never changed in 30 years for me. Still the only place to go for good Chinese in wildwood, my kids loved it

This is our second time at the Dragon House. Our first time was during last year’s summer vacation and we had it for lunch. The place was empty except for us and another table. This time, we decide to have dinner here and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. The place was packed. It was worth the wait though. We ordered 4 dishes for 4 of us(2 adults and 2 early teen girls)(General Tso Combo with wonton soup, Shrimp Lo Mein, Crispy Sesame Chicken and Crispy Sesame Beef). We snacked on the fired noodles and duck sauce while we waited for our meals. The food came fairly quickly(as expected) and the portions were huge. We all rally enjoyed the crispy sesame chicken and the shrimp Lo Mein. The General Tso was pretty good too and we liked the Crispy Beef the least, but it was still good. The service was great. They were friendly and attentive. This was a nice change from our pizza dinners at Mack’s.

I wish Unilocal can allow me to give them negative star. I need to warn any family with kids don’t go there. Our family had a 3-day vacation in Wildwood. We were having good time and happy with almost every place we went. However, the last night we decided to try this Chinese restaurant based on the reviews. We had a terrible and horrible dinner night at this place. The waiter was very rude when we ordered the meal. First, we thought maybe everyone was just tired like us after a long day working or playing. We just ignored and forgave him. Then, when he brought the soup onto the table, he didn’t even try to arrange the plates or cups on the table first. He put the big soup bowl down at one corner of the table near his side and then push it through the cups(filled with hot tea) and plates all the way to the center. It was like he drove a car into a crowd and hit as many people/pots, plates, and cups as he can. The cup filled with hot tea fell and all over my daughter’s dress. The horrible response from him was he saying«oh-oh». He continued serving the soup like nothing happened and walked away. He didn’t even bring back us napkins, towels or ice. We are very kind people and could not figure out why he did that. I had to ask the other waiter to bring me the napkins. My daughter was very upset. She is only 4. We were furious somebody did this to her. When we mentioned to the other staffs, they didn’t seem surprised. We want to tell every dad and mom. Don’t go there! And the food was not good. We went to many fine Chinese restaurants and good takeout ones, too. This one, the food were overcooked, greasy, and the dumplings were so huge and very hard to chew. Never had such thick skin dumplings before.

Very good Chinese with delivery! The egg rolls are huge, like burrito size. We tried the General Tso chicken, chicken and broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken — all were quite good. Huge portion sizes, but this is a place were making a regular during our annual trips to Wildwood. Definitely recommend.

The service was excellent. The food did not match the place. It was over cooked dried out and hard. The hot and sour soup was more sour then hot and the egg roles were soaked in grease. To top it off the rice was like it was old and to make it seam new oil was put in it. I would not go here again. It was over priced also.

Been a regular here for many years. I have yet to have better chinese food anywhere in the country. VIP wait service and excellent food. Egg rolls are the best in the country as far as I’m concerned. General tso is the best, yet to have better. Also a big fan of the scallion trio. Only area that is not elite are the soups, other than that, superb in every area

After forty years in the kitchen, I must fully profess that the chef at Dragon House is the real thing. This is the most authentic non-bastardized Chinese cuisine I’ve had since that Trans-Mongolian hike we took in ’85 to see Tuvan throat-singers in their own Yurts. When a «lifer» dedicated waiter uses pen to pad, you know your oder is going to be right! The food was delicious, the décor really vintage cool, and very clean. Huge servings and very fair prices!

The fried chicken wings are delicious. It is crispy on the outside and juicy. The general taos chicken was decent. They definitely give nice portion of meat but I wish they would give more veggies and rice. We ordered to go but maybe we will try dine in next time. They do have a few tables and free parking across the street.

I can only speak for what I. had here because I. see so many people complain. First they by far have the cleanest and most decorated Chinese food place in Wildwood and I think in a 20 mile range. The sesame chicken is 9 out of 10. Now let me say the service is 110% everyone who works there are great. I don’t like the shrimp rolls. they have a spice I don’t care for but others might like so for yourself. Please support your local business

Dragon House is another Wildwood favorite. I’ve been there twice. It’s decorated as an Old School Chinese place, the kind I remember from childhood, the kind that rarely exist on Long Island. On my recent visit I sampled quite a few dishes. I’m not sure if this place has tofu that they can make general tso’s style or sesame chicken style. So for dinner I opted for many appetizers. Hubby and I split the veggie lo mein, I had fried vegetable dumplings, egg drop soup, and my guilty little vegetarian secret(crab/cheese rangoons). My guilty little vegetarian secret was the best I’ve ever had. Hubby said he thought they used real crab meat instead of mock crab meat and I just didn’t care because they were pretty damn good. The egg drop soup and lo mein were your classic good versions of each chinese dish. Pretty good. The fried vegetable dumplings were good too, they were full of nice veggie pieces. We actually got two dinners out of this place because we took leftovers back to our hotel room and ate them the next night for dinner. If you are in the mood for Chinese in Wildwood this is the place to go to! They also deliver!
