Very good. Took takeout back to hotel. Definitely will be my new seafood spot for takeout.

Didn’t realize there was a dining room to the left when we walked in so ordered to go with intention to eat at high boys. Takes quite a bit and we ordered some pretty basic things. They have a sign requesting patience since everything is «made to order». I see why. Lobster bisque was great-had a sweetness. Fish tacos were good-basic not too flavorful. Guac on side may have turned.

Had broiled combo dish. Out of fish, lobster tail, shrimp and scallops, only scallops were cooked properly. The rest were sadly overcooked. Lobster bisque was very creamy… Too creamy and not tons of lobster taste. Coconut shrimp was very tasty.

Delicious!!! This place is a fish market with an eat in area. Not fancy at all but very clean and the food was very good and Tina the waitress was sweet as pie. The steamers in garlic and olive oil was delicious and fresh!!! The Alaskan King crab legs were very fresh and tastey. One pound is $ 24 but that is pretty standard pricing. The jumbo fried shrimp was good also but I thought it was pricey. 7 pieces was $ 17 ! The linguini and shrimp in white sauce had a tasty delicate flavor and it was a medium size portion of food. There were refills on the soft drinks. I got the lemonade and it was sweet and delicious. Overall this place was very very good and I would eat there again. I gave it 4 stars only because some of the menu items were pretty pricey.

Great fresh fish and really friendly staff make this a winner. We had a dozen Cape May Salts Oysters to go and they were excellent. Usually I would never get raw oysters to go, but they were super fresh and they give them to you in a tray of ice with some packets of cholula hot sauce, lemon wedges and kelchner’s cocktail sauce. Their po boys are also really good, but smaller than I expected(they are served on a round bun rather than the long roll I expected). Despite that the fried seafood inside was excellent as was the sauce. We will definitely be back for more.

I stopped for lunch in my first half hour in the area. Got crab cakes platter. The crab cakes were different from what I expected: rather than burger –shaped, they were cooked in foil tins, shaped more like potatoes. They also looked a little more«well-done» than I would have wanted. So I was a bit dubious, but they were excellent! The onion rings were just ok. Same with coleslaw. Overall I had a good feeling about the place: simple furnishings, friendly service, nothing fussy, all the things you would want to see on the menu when you drive into town. I would go back to sit or for take-out to see how it is a second time.

The seafood is very fresh. Service is good. Food arrives quickly and it’s served hot. It’s BYOB. The crabcakes were a bit disappointing. Too much mayonnaise for our taste.

Second time getting the fish tacos and I can confirm they are the best in town. New England clam chowder was great too

I love the fish factory. Go to seafood spot on the island. People complain about how small the dinning room is and how long the wait is… but for good seafood… it is worth it. I have never had a bad thing from here.

As chance would have it, we chose this little seafood shack on the last night they were open for the 2014 season. This brought a limited menu of fresh fish items. Unfortunately nothing available from the raw bar. So no Cape May Salts tonight. Able to get the broiled seafood platter, though will no baked potato available. Fried zucchini was recommended, which was great, not frozen so a very welcomed surprise. So impressed, I look forward to trying again in season!

It’s alright. Truthfully, it’s fucking expensive for what you get in there. And look, if you dump butter all over something and salt it liberally, yeah of course it’s gonna taste pretty good. The linguine with clams is stellar. Everything else(like the combos) isn’t anything to write home about. Seems fresh and their chowder is tasty. Crab cakes are good too.

The fish factory is one of the best take out places we have found in the Crest. Sometimes you just want to come off the beach, not go out but you don’t want to cook fish either. They also have a dinning room attached to the market but we have never eaten there. Many places in the area don’t take over the phone orders for fish. You can call your order in anytime of the day and they will have it ready for pick up at the time you specify. We have gotten steamed lobster, crabs, steamers, muscles, corn on the cob and much more. Average prices for all fish. Always good, always fresh!

Got the flounder sandwich with a nice moldy roll, overcooked fish. Kids meals overpriced. Awful atmosphere, awful food, dont waste your money!!!

This was probably the best fried seafood I ever had. The persoN who gave a two star review is nuts. When you first walk in your at a counter where you. Can place a Togo order or get fresh seafood by the poud to take home. I asked how fresh was the fish and was told everything is fresh never frozen. So I became very optimistic. We went to the left where there was a simple booth and table dining room. From the exterior you can tell your not walking into a fancy restaurant. So I got what I expected. Seafood served in baskets. Everything we ordered was delicious. I ordered the shrimp and scallop combo with fries and coleslaw and it was great. My friend ordered the crab cake which I thought could of been crunchier but it was still pretty good. It was served on some sort of potatoe roll. My husband had chicken fingers since he is not a big fan of fish but they were homemade as well and very good. Our appetizer of fried calamari was the best calamari I ever had and considering I’m Italian and my parents owne two restaurants that is saying A LOT! It’s a dish I order all the time. The place looked very clean and smelled clean as well. Considering its a place that sells frie d food you would expect an oil scent to linger and it didnt. Didnt smell of fish at all en though that is their line of business. Countertops were clean and dust free. When I go back to wildwood I plan on returning and taking food to go home.
