These guys are a real class act.
Let me preface by saying that I normally detest car dealerships and mechanic shops. The past scars of sleazy car salesmen and corupt mechanics run deep and have left a nasty taste in my mouth. My experiences at Bennett, however, have been surprisingly refreshing.
After multiple dealings with the sales and service departments, I’m impressed. I don’t leave feeling hustled or bamboozle (shocker!). One of the major reasons is that there is no pressure when I talk to the employees. They take the time to talk with you about your options, without seeming annoyed or in a hurry to get you to hand over the mula. What’s more, when I need a repair, they contacted an independent shop to get me the part for cheaper than the manufacture offered.
Their waiting room is also the best I’ve been to at a repair shop. No hard plastic chair and greasy old vending machines here. Instead they have leather chairs, a large flat screen TV, and complimentary drinks galore. With perks like these I may have found a home for all my car maintenance needs.
