This was not very good. The phở was substandard. The sprouts and basil were old. The Thai spring rolls were pretty good. We barely ate our dinner, just paid and left.

Hidden gem! Plenty of parking out front. Easy to find The interior isn’t much to look at but the service and food make up for it Haven’t ordered anything I didn’t like. Gotta say my favorite is there Ramen Noodle dishes. Hard to find for this area. Great flavors

I was the only diner tonight from 6:15 until 7:00, which was interesting. This made the service a little attentive, but not overly so. Starting with a Sapporo(no Singha or Chang?), which was brought to me without a glass but she did ask if I wanted a glass. The Thai dumplings to start was a good appetizer. Four well sized dumplings would have been perfect for sharing but I ate them myself. Tasty. The Pad Thai with chicken was quite good with plenty of chicken. I had asked for some spice to be added to it so there was a reasonable amount of zing to the flavor. Enough that I drank the entire beer before I was done with the meal. A nice sized portion and the noodles were perfect. Not a ton of sauce either. A good meal, a nice restaurant, good service. I liked Coconut Lin. I’d return.

Good food. Love the chicken soup. Thai green chicken is yummy. Pad Thai is ok. Fresh spring rolls are tasty and fresh.

I ordered the red tofu curry to go and it was very mediocre. Not bad but not amazing either. It could have used a little more flavor, though I will say that the eggplant in the curry was cooked to perfection. I prefer the Thai food at Thai Thai.

We have had almost everything on the menu and it is all DELICIOUS! We order the sesame chicken, rice and Lo mien noodles for the kids. We get Singapore Mei Fun each time along with something we haven’t tried from their menu. Each time we go the food is fresh and tastes the way it should. The restaurant is clean and everyone gives great customer service. Since moving here from WA we have to say if you truly looking for authentic Thai or Phở this is the best place and only place we’ve found so far. If you haven’t tried Thai Iced Tea, I highly recommend you do! So Good!

I had the drunk noodles with beef extra spicy! It was wonderful. I also had the chicken satay as an appetizer. I loved the fact that the noodles had extra egg!!! My favorite!!! I loved it!

This was the first time that we had been to the restaurant since they remodeled. Same awesome quality food and nice people that work there. Got the phở and will be going back for more. If you haven’t tried phở you’re missing out. The satay chicken was great to start off with too.

We stopped there as we traveled through the area on RT.81. We are not the the types to eat food at the chain restaurants. We enjoy homemade restaurants. The direction link took us to an apartment complex. So it’s close but on the wrong side of the fence. The restaurant is painted brightly and is welcoming. The interior is clean and quant. The service was quick & friendly. We ordered the Roti and calamari as appetizers. We really loved the Roti but unfortunately the calamari was excessively salty. I ordered the yellow curry and my husband ordered the green curry both with chicken. They were served with delicious rice. Both curries were superb. We will stop by again the next time we are traveling through that area

EXCELLENT food. Really enjoyed it. If I had to say anything negative it would be that they were a bit heavy on the salt, however, the flavors were amazing! The scallion pancakes were PERFECT& the spices wonderful. The young woman who waited on us was very sweet & very good, however, she neglected to ask us if we wanted dessert :(. Other that that, I HIGHLY recommend this place. If it wasn’t so far from us, we’d definitely go more often!

We stopped in for Phở after seeing the sign for it outside. I’m so happy we stopped in. It was exactly what we were craving! The service was friendly and fast. We used to travel at least an hour for Phở so I’m happy I found this gem close to home. :)

We were in the area and craving for Thai food, found coconut Lin on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. Came here around 530 for dinner and the place was so quiet, we were wondering if we made the wrong move… Plus the menu seems a little too fusion?! Ordered curry and drunken noodles, surprising good! The flavor is just right, portion is good, people r friendly. If we r in the area, we will come again :)

It’s a shame Coconut Lin dramatically increased their prices. Over a 20% increase compared to just a few weeks ago. The food is delicious, but the prices are now ridiculous. We ordered from Coconut Lin on a regular basis, but that will no longer be the case. Today is the last time I will pay almost $ 30 for two dinners that used to cost $ 22. I wish this establishment well as they are very nice people, but the prices alone will drive steady customers away.

I was craving for som phở and this was the only game in town so my sister and I checked it out. The service was very good and the food wasn’t bad. I was expecting worse considering the menu was all over the map(Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc), but was proven wrong. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place as a top choice but I wouldn’t put it on the bad list either. Overall, not the best but not bad either.

Only had their beef phở and it was not very good. I don’t recommend it. The beef is questionable and the broth lacks flavor. I’ve had phở from many restaurants across the country. This place gets the worst rating for it so far. It’s a nice little family owned restaurant though. I’ll probably try something else here though.

I ate here for the first time in April of 2015. The safe was very personable and kind. The chef herself talked to me about the different kind of food she offered. The food came out hot and delicious. I ordered Thai Green Curry and I must say it was great. The place doesn’t look like much by appearance; like a Rajput Chinese place from the outside. But I can say that from my first experience its a gem.

When I first tried this place I loved it but the past handful of times I’ve ordered is been less then desirable. Much like Angelas review below, meats used seem old or off, it’s like any effort that once was is no longer. For example I tried sashimi last time I ordered and the fish was inedible and not of sushi grade. Today’s order, and what prompted this review, was laughable. The«salad» I received with my hibachi lunch special was equivalent to about three tablespoons of lettuce slathered in a dressing that was very old or poorly made in appearance. The hibachi was fine, nothing special and the app of satay came with a halved portion of a different sauce then usual. This dissatisfaction was my last straw, I’ll order lunch special from Mizu next time and pay just as much not to be let down. I really appreciated this place because it offered a variety of things hard to come by in this area, and after moving here from a much more diverse metropolis I appreciated that and I hope they read this because it’s quite a shame.

10/29/2015UPDATE: New menu focuses on their excellent Thai and Malay items. Love the Thai Green Curry! ORIGINALREVIEW: This is pretty much everything you look for in a local Asian eat-in/take out. They deliver on time, their quick and courteous when eating in, and the food is tasty. I’m a big fan of their Thai Spicy Chicken Wings(best wings EVAR!), phở noodle soup, tangerine beef and their fragrant hot tea. They have a large and varied Asian menu with the usual items on a Chinese menu but also Pad Thai, curries, sushi, Malaysian — pretty much something for everyone.

Since my first review, I’ve had delivery from Coconut Lin a few times. The last two times were just pretty terrible. My sweet and sour chicken was so old(or over cooked) that the chicken was completely dry and inedible. The chicken with cashew nuts tasted of fish sauce(or it was just«off») and I am not a fan of fish at all. I ate about three bites and had to toss the rest. The wonton soup and beef satay were nothing special. I am not sure if this is just standard takeout quality, or if things have been going downhill for this place, but I for the price for such low quality(20 dollars min for delivery), I won’t be ordering food from here again.

Coconut Lin offers Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and other Asian dishes. We ordered primarily ordered Chinese. All dishes were well prepared and very tasteful. The restaurant is not at all fancy. It is nice, clean, comfortable, simply decorated and sits about 24. This is only our first time here, but based on this experience, we will look forward to returning when we are back in this area. I would certainly recommend Coconut Lin. I suggest 4+ stars
