Everything about my experience at David’s was fabulous! I would highly recommend.

I bought my dress from David’s Bridal. The selection of dresses was good. I found what I was looking for and was very pleased with the quality of my dress. The girl I worked with was helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was that the store was not very organized. I received a call to pick up my dress, and when I arrived they couldn’t find it. It turned out that they had prepared it to ship to one of my bridesmaids. As a bride, a lost dress was very stressful. They really need to be more aware of what they do with their merchandise. The seamstress was great. She made my alterations and the dress was perfect. I also got my bridesmaid’s dress here. It was a great choice, because my bridesmaids lived in all different states; it made everything very easy.

Hi I am sarah and had an incredible experience I had to share. I am getting married and tried multiple bridal stores to find the dress of my dreams. I searched all over for a store that had excellent customer service and well, the perfect dress. I ended my search with David’s Bridal in Wilkes Barre Pa. It started with Ally. A girl who had patience of a saint and the skill to find The one dress that was Made for me! She seemed genuinely interested in making my experience as wonderful as it ever could have been. Not a judging look, no eye rolling, and sheer pleasure to be in the company of. I felt like a princess! She went even further by taking the time with my sister that she did with me on finding her a bridesmaid dress she felt beautiful in. A bridesmaid. Not a bride spending thousands on a dress, a bridesmaid. Honestly if you want an experience of a lifetime with a person who will stick to both your budget, opinions, and offer ideas on what fits your body shape all with a smile and drive to meet your needs. I am the maid of honor in a wedding next fall and was in David’s Bridal on Saturday with the bride to look at wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. The store was incredibly busy yet we had the most wonderful experience. Diane was a pleasure to work with and spent time with us as if we were the only customers there. This meant the world to us as I was only in town for the weekend. Thank you!

Visited with my soon-​to-​be-​married sister, staff was helpful but they rushed us out of the way toward the end and my sister was not very happy.
