This is the worst DD ever! If I could put 0 stars I would. They have gotten our coffee order incorrect 8 out of the last 10 days(4 drinks per order at least 1 has been wrong). Unfortunately we were stuck as the only DD near the client we were working at. The problems ranged from hot tea without any tea bags, crushed cups that leaked, weird looking lids that leaked, constantly incorrect cream, sugar, Splenda ratios. I would definitely look elsewhere. Unreal — and contacted corporate with no help.

Consistently out of product. No matter how you ask for your coffee, whether it be extra cream, sugar, a shot of espresso or other flavor, the coffee always tastes very strong and bland. Would you like LIGHT ice in your coffee… NOPE, not today, not ever. ALL the ice they have on hand will be lovingly smashed into your cup. Hash browns are ALWAYS burned /over cooked(aren’t these things set on a timer?) I find myself driving out of my way to avoid this Dunkin Donuts. Run, RUNAWAY!!!

Everyone else is right– the bagels are so weirdly burned and the toppings are powdery. Bagel was obviously super dry but edible. Coffee and service were fine though.

The WORST Dunkin. Found myself getting a bagel and an iced coffee here in the AM on two occasions last week, and both times my bagels were burnt and had very little sesame seeds on them. At other locations the bagels are covered in seeds/garlic/whathaveyou. These bagels looked like someone forgot to make a sesame bagel, wet the top of a burnt plain bagel, and picked a few seeds from a McDonald’s bun to place on top of it. At first I thought this was just a bad bagel day, but the second time this happened I was pretty pissed. Not only was my bagel burnt again(and almost seedless), my coffee was burnt as well. Terrible.

They’ve messed my order up several times. I go to this dd on my way work and always use the drive thru & there’s times I have to park and walk in cause they hand me a coffee and a bag(I ordered a donut muffin and coffee) and there’s only a muffin in the bag. Today I only got a muffin and I drove away to notice there’s only a croissant donut in the bag. My coffee is always right but they deff lack getting the food orders complete. It actually super annoying how many times they have messed my order up!

Consistently the worst service of any Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I have written to complain management several times and I have never written any management ever for any reason. the only reason I continue to go back is because they are the only ones in town. they hire ignorant rude kids. today is just another example as the kid handed me my coffee with it pouring down the sides of the cup getting all over my shirt and hands. Not an I’m sorry or here’s a napkin, nothing. once again one star I’d rather not have coffee than ever come here again. It’s just typical here. Management always offers a free item for next time how about instead they start hiring decent people.

Manager lady has a real attitude problem. Was bashing me(the customer) extremely bad without realizing I was inside the store just because I parked my truck to run into the store for a quick coffee. I was gonna give her an earful but was too tired to deal with her incompetence. Just wanted my coffee so I could get back on the road

So I decide to stop at Dunkin Donuts and grab a donut on my way home from the casino. It’s 11pm, but I am not really thinking this should be a problem, since I thought all Dunkin Donuts are open 24 hours a day. Pull in to the parking lot, park the car, and pull on the door. It’s locked. Sign says they close at 10pm, which I think odd. But oh well. But then I see a car pulling out of the drive thru. OK. I’ll just use the drive thru. A woman comes on the intercom asking for my order. «I would like one Boston Crème donut please». She replies, «We don’t have donuts.» I can’t believe what I just heard. I must have been mistaken. «Excuse me,» I reply. «We are out of donuts. We are waiting for them to be delivered.» Now I am totally floored. «You don’t make them here,» I ask. To which the answer was«Uhhh, no.» They don’t make donuts at a donut shop that for years had commercials saying it was time to make the donuts. So if they don’t make the donuts there, there are a lot of other places that don’t make donuts but sell them to choose.

This DD store is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., but the drive thru is open 24 hours every day. This location on Rt 315 is long overdue, and it’s so nice to see that big bright sign on the top of the hill lighting up the highway. The store is clean, and while the employees are still a bit green, it’s difficult to mess up the order process at DD. There are also some pretty cool ceramic mugs available here. They aren’t the Pennsylvania ones, but they’re really clean-looking DD mugs and worth it for $ 5. There’s also a full bagged coffee and K-Cup stock in here.
