LCCF is old and overcrowded. From the outside it looks like your traditional prison: concrete building, chain link fence with barbed wire around the top.
In addition to the main building, there is a female Work Release building («the trailer») across the street, a converted house next door for Work Release and «on the hill» is the far more modern Minimum Offenders’ Building.
Not the best place to spend a weekend.
