We had our furniture and household items in storage for 16 months. Upon delivery, they said all boxes were delivered. However, upon opening our large plastic containers, we found items missing — men’s sport coats, cashmere coats, designer purses etc, We believe this to be, not a case of missing items, but an actual THEFT. Things were actually missing from these large plastic containers. It seems that the workers at the storage warehouse had a field day with our items. We contacted the agent and received $ 200 and $ 150 of that was used to repair damaged furniture. They never addressed our concerns. While we obviously will never see a dime more and certainly such an accusation would be hard to prove, please believe an honest retired couple who just want to save others this experience. The items were not missing, they were STOLEN.
