On a New Year’s Eve I expected busy. Which is why it’s not a one star. We did the call ahead/save a seat online. For 630. Arrived at 610 and was told 10 – 20 minute wait. Which was better then walk in wait of 35 – 60 minutes. But we didn’t get seated until 640… let me say a few good things before I finish the bad. The food was amazing once we got the right orders and so was the adult root beer float and the sangria they had. The manger was very nice(why did I meet the manger? Keep reading). I ordered a steak medium rare and so did my date. Both steaks came out rare. Well my dates was raw. I had to wait a good 5 minutes to get my servers attention since he was busy with a regular client you know just bs-Ing. After I got his attention I told him what was wrong and his reacting was ummm… then my date said we want medium rare steaks he said okay and walked away left the food at the table. My date found the manger and then finally the waiter took the food. No apologies or anything. I explained everything that happen to the manger and he was very sorry(but I guess not sorry enough). Finally 10 minutes later our food came. We finished and got the bill and nothing was comped or discounted which it seemed like the manger was going to do. Very poor customer service. I won’t Come back. There are a lot better customer friendly places around here. UPDATE: 01⁄07 I got someone from corporate to call me and the manger we saw called me. He said he thought it was resolved and that’s why he thought I wouldn’t mind paying for the service since the rest of the service was fine. I explained how the whole service was horrible and he said he would compensate me in the form of gift cards.

We love it here! Erin always takes care of us and everything is always perfect! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides, salads and appetizer were all so fresh and delicious. We do not frequent chains often, but we love the Outback!!! We highly recommend it to anyone!

I’m really not sure why we keep going back. Food is ok, service ok, but I always feel like we’re getting the shaft. When they have their 3 course specials, one course is a salad, so they take away a side. On their menu, they say to add a cup of soup for $ 2.99. They offer potato, clam chowder, and french onion soup. But Clam chowder is a dollar more, french onion is like two dollars more, and if you look, potato soup is actually only $ 2.99 even if you buy it separately. Thanks for the break on the add-on, outback. Besides that, this last time, we got a steak and also pork tenderloins. My wife wanted hers very well done. They came out rare. I wanted mine medium. It came out charbroiled and dry, because it was so well done. But the biggest issue was that neither meat had ANY taste. My wife had to ask for a side of sauce, because hers had no sauce at all on it, and I had to actually salt and pepper my steak to get any kind of flavoring to it. There are MUCH better steakhouses in the area where you can go in and get a delicious meal and not feel like you’re getting screwed in the process.

09−23−14 Had a great meal today. Our server Doug was awesome. He kept checking back on us and was very polite and attentive. We had The prime Rib sandwich, the steak dipping sandwich and order of wings. Food was perfect and The sangria drink was incredible. Thank you Doug.

We came for the Blooming Onion but were extremely impressed with the perfectly cooked Outback Burger & Chicken Tacos. The service was quick and friendly, our server Margie was very attentive throughout our meal. We never needed to ask for refills on our drinks even once, they really pay attention here. For a Friday night there wasn’t much of a wait for our main courses, the portions of which were quite generous. For less than $ 40 we had a fantastic meal with enough left over that we ended up taking home and enjoying the next day. From here on out Outback is going to be a part of date night for us.

I am here right now. Sunday night. 5 people at the bar and the poor bartender can’t keep up because mgmt has over loaded him with bar tables and drinks. Got here a hour ago and he has been slammed with drinks for the restaurant. Just now got my food. Shame on mgmt. for putting bartender in this position. You make. more money on drinks than food. Wise up One guy that was helping the bartender said he would comp my second glass of wine. Did not happen. Don’t come here

Enjoyed delicious Seared Peppered Ahi tuna. The blooming onion was good too. Great service. Excellent prices. Great place to meet friends & family to start out the week or end a long one. Will be back for this. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Ordered curbside and it was awful. The portions were extremely small(both the mushy fries And the vegetables filled 1⁄3 of the container) and half of the order was over cooked and dried out. It looked like it was thrown in the box very carelessly and was a mess when I opened it. We were both still hungry after eating our meals. Never again… definitely not worth the thirty bucks I spent!

For a chain it is my favorite. Stopped in last night before a movie it was PACKED for a Monday caught us by surprise. They had a special going on for Veterans Day. We didn’t want to wait so we just ate at the bar. Tim was fantastic so was the girl. Food. I always get the filet. It was great and that bread I could eat loaves and loaves of. My husband got chicken fingers. What I thought was awesome was 5 minutes into our meal they brought him out new ones. We didnt complain and yeah they were a little extra crispy but nothing to cause a fuss about. It was really nice of them. I live close by and I must comment on their take out too. I do it often. You can order online and pick it up in your jammies if you want. Super easy! Always a place I’ll be back to. Especially after Monday night.

I ordered a ribeye steak, asparagus, and the side sautéed mushrooms with a side ceased salad. I also drank a martini and Long Island, both of which were well prepared. The food was good, the steak excellent. My only complaint was that I ordered my steak medium rare and it arrived less than rare(cool on the outer edges). The manager did fix it and apologize. All in all, the food was good but the error with the steak partnered with the high price made it a three star.

I had an amazing ribeye steak here the other night, the mugs of tap beer were also extremely cheap. The blooming onion almost made me sick which it should. But it held its own and did hit the spot.(in my arteries perhaps). My girlfriend tried some ahi tuna appetizer that was pretty offensive, the fish looked like it had been smoked it was so dry and old looking. I would come back here anytime for another steak and blooming onion of shame and some insanely cheap drafts.

This is my favorite place to get steak. Their Victoria’s Center Cut Filet melts in your mouth. I always order it with two sides of green beans(they’re that good) and a Tropical Relief Martini.

It’s a chain, so don’t expect much in terms of freshness or quality. I do, however, find myself here for lunch once in a blue moon for a 6 oz filet and a side of green beans. If you’re worried about your carb intake, this is a pretty tasty meal. I never bother to order anything else anymore, though.

Rank beer taps. Mushy potatoes. Thinly cut pork chop. Dry, almost stale bread. Yeah man, typical chain restaurant food. Someday, I hope, chain restaurant food will look like the photos on their menu, and maybe taste as good too. Until then, YUCK!
