Worst pet store ever. Sick animals that look like they’re not being cared for properly. Animals never seem to have fresh water. Tiny cages cramped with sick and crying animals even though they have many open cages. Full litter boxes. One time I saw them spray a puppy with perfume before giving it to a customer.

As happy as we are to have our little Boxer puppy. This place is a customer service NIGHTMARE. They lied about pretty much everything about our dog. They said he was from a local non Amish breeder, when we finally got the papers we find out he’s from MISSOURI! I wouldn’t call that local.
They said our dog was microchipped and he wasn’t.
It took about 7 weeks to get the papers.
I asked for pictures of my new puppy’s parents, she couldn’t do it. Or atleast didn’t even try. My first call to the breeder and I got the pictures right away.
Even though they have cute dogs, stay away. They are liars and will say anything to get you to purchase an animal from there.
Extremely disappointed with this place. Although we got a great dog, I feel we just got lucky.
Do not purchase anything from these corrupt individuals.

Updated 1 month out, my mother went down and raised hell, she’s crazy but it’s a good thing some times. Told the owner she was going to news watch 16 And got my vet money back for me.
