That Bounce Place

The price was definitely reasonable but its pretty dirty inside, I was considering booking a birthday party until my husband and I decided to play pool and were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes. This is an establishment for kids to come play yet the staff smokes in their break room/​office which is right beside the water fountain and restrooms. Part of the ceiling was missing, games broken, one of the sinks in the bathroom didn’t even work. We definitely won’t be back.

I think its excellent for the price! Reason being I gave it 4 stars. The kids seem to enjoy it and its definitely cost efficient. The food is typical, not pricey at all. The games all worked and they offer tickets for small prizes. Id definitely go again, again you can not beat the price.

Our expectations weren’t high, based on other reviews, but my 5yo enjoyed the two times we came here while visiting from out of town. In addition to bouncy houses, they have cheap snacks and toys. On our second visit, the advertised WiFi was down, and one of the machines that took quarters didn’t give anything in return. The worker gave a refund, but I don’t think she bothered putting up an out-​of-​order sign. The place doesn’t smell good, but that didn’t stop my daughter from having fun, so I’m glad we came.

A bit pricey and not as clean as it should be … Friendly staff but but not the kind of place I expected …

I love this place and so does my toddler! It’s very reasonably priced! I take my toddler and she has room to run and can bounce in many of the bounce houses. Some are for bigger kids or require parental supervision and assistance, but I’m there to watch and help her, so there are no concerns. I personally enjoy that the staff leaves it up to the parents to watch the kids, because I can deem what is appropriate for my child.

I can honestly say this place is a waste of time. It’s very dirty and the staff was nowhere to be found. I saw kids bouncing in the bounce houses wrestling each other. I know kids will be kids, but while they were wrestling younger kids were getting knocked over by the older kids. The parents were in the opposite side of the room watching tv instead of supervising their kids. We stayed for 10 mins and left. This place seemed very unsafe and unprofessional. I will never go back again

This is an indoor bounce place when they opened I had to have my son’s 4^th birthday here the staff greeted me asked me to reiterate my orders of drinks and pizza once I did they showed us to our party room. the kids couldn’t go out and play until everyone showed up because my party helper did not want to repeat her self. Once the kids all showed up they ran their ways after about a half hour kids were getting thirsty the parents were forced to buy there kids drinks due to the fact I could no longer find my party staff helper I had asked around and nobody can find her and they informed me drinks were served with pizza and it is not time (this is complete and utter bull shit) the doors to the place open when someone comes to the door but to get out you have to press a handicapped like button but is higher up so kids cant reach it which makes no since were is the safety yeah your kids cant leave when they walk up to the door on their own but yet can if someone hits the button to leave or if some walks up to the door to come in ugh as a mom this is nerve racking. we also were not the only party there four other party rooms full of kids at the same time slot the parents and kids that came in off the street so you can imagine the craziness. I’m sure it would be fine with one kid two parents but with party’s this is not the case and having no party helper to help or answer questions this is just a nerve racking experience that parents like me don’t look forward to, Last year I had his party at Chuckie Cheese and that was by far a better experience and a lot cheaper
