The staff is always willing to check their back stock for you if you can’t find your size. They have plenty of Penguins merchandise in addition to practical items and services for actual skaters/​ice hockey players, e.g. you can get your blades sharpened there. It seems like the one stop shop for Pens fans and hockey enthusiasts.

As far as team stores go, the Wilkes-​Barre/​Scranton Penguins have an awesome one to complement the team. It’s conveniently located on Coal Street in the Toyota Sports Plex building and the selection of Penguins apparel and ice hockey equipment serves both fans and players.
There’s always a deep selection of jerseys both casual and game-​worn, and there’s also a stash of unique trinkets for sale such as the name plates used on the players’ lockers. Customer service is always a positive reflection of the organization, and the pricing is 570 friendly (for hockey). Hey — hockey is not the most economical sport to play or to follow, so patrons shouldn’t ever have sticker shock when buying mercy.
Overall, a roomy and clean store. It’s the best iteration of the store to date and a night-​and-​day improvement from that closet over on River Street.
