Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We called the 800 to rent a truck that had a hitch. I was very specific with the person on the phone that the truck HAD TO be outfilled to pull a trailer and I let this person know how much the truck had to be able to pull. We then lined up day workers to be ready to help us with what we needed to load. In short, we went to Wilkesboro Enterprise and they did not have the truck. We were then told they couldn’t help us. Then I raised some cane and they referred us to their business side, who then did not want to bring us another truck to a convenient location for us. This was also going to cost us an extra $ 80. In the end, we shelved working with them and went instead with a competitor – U-​haul in Mooresville, which gave us a great deal, no hassles. This whole ordeal cost us four hours of daylight and four hours of workers on the clock without anything to do.
