I really appreciate the manager preparing my pizza with the special instructions I had to give them. She went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service!

Over priced pizza and the worst service I have ever had at any place. Waited on my wings so long that we had to get a to go box. Had already eat the pizza and was ready to go before the wings were ready.

I came here with a friend who suggested the place. I had never eaten here before and while I was driving up, I thought they were closed because it looked like a construction zone from the outside. My friend assured me though, that they were still open for business, despite their renovations. So to go with the previous guy who made comments about how out-dated the place was, they’re fixing it up! or moving to a better place, either way — they knew they needed to revamp their restaurant. The place was a typical pizza hut buffet for me. The waitress was actually nice and attentive and I normally don’t like waitresses. My friend was kind of disappointed with the choices. She’s a vegetarian and they didn’t have just cheese pizza, but she made due with the salad bar and the delicious cinnamon breadsticks! No, nothing to rave about, but what do you expect from a chain??? Most are all relatively the same. I did come here the other day(11÷11÷11) to let my kids try it out, but they were completely closed and the outside still looked like a construction zone!

This has got to be entered into the worst pizza hut in the franchise competition. Tables wobble, carpet is disgusting, curtains haven’t even been adjusted in probably at least a decade. Service is slow at best… Oh. I forgot the salad bar orders — all three of them? It’s dirty, it’s outdated, the bathrooms smell like piss.(Just stating the facts). Mens sink hasn’t seen an industrial cleaner since the Reagan era. It would be a zero star, but for the fact you can’t have zero and I elected not to look in the kitchen.
