Stopped in here with my parents and my boyfriend about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday around 6. The girl behind the counter was extremely dull and could not have made us feel more unwanted. There aren’t many options in the area for food, but next time we take our usual trip up that way we will wait the extra hour to get to where we’re going. I was beyond irritated with this specific employee and also the guy that was working at Baskin Robins. We were the only people in the place at the time we came in to order and neither the guy nor girl were anywhere to be found for a good 5 minutes. This is the second time we’ve attempted to eat here and it will definitely be our last. And to the Togos manager, please do not write me a message as we will not be back.

On a road trip needing to stop and get something quick to eat. My girlfriend and my two cousins and I decided to stop here. The lady behind the counter didn’t seem to have any personality as she did not seem interested in her job at all and seemed more attentive with the clerk at baskin robins. I gave her my order and she couldn’t have made it seem like she cared less as she put together the monstrosity of a sandwich. I couldn’t be anymore happy to be done with this location, and to top it off the sandwich was terrible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I rarely ever write reviews but I just had the most ridiculous experience. I ordered a kids meal for my son and a sandwich for myself. I didn’t realize until the clerk was halfway through making my sandwich that she was also taking the drive-​thru orders. She was just proceeding to put everything on the sandwich without asking me what I wanted. I stopped her and told her I didn’t want everything and she started to throw things off and became a little huffy. She was rushing me even though there was another clerk and I was the only one in line. She was acting like I was bothering her by having an opinion on what I wanted on my sandwich. I wound up forgetting to get cheese and had to go back in for my son’s chips. I wish I’d just told her to forget the whole order! We stop in Williams frequently on our way to visit family in Redding and I will likely never stop at this Togo’s again.

They are not honoring your check in coupons and it’s basically all bread. Use to love Togos, but man have they gone downhill. Won’t be doing them again. Very disappointed.

It’s a Togo’s inside a gas station. Beware of smaller than normal portions, especially with the salads.
