These guys were great! My iphone battery was replaced by another company. All of a sudden it wouldn’t turn on. These guys found out they hadn’t put a screw in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Definitely will recommend Cell Phone Zone to everyone!

Very courteous and professional. knowledgeable and quick with repairs.
I needed to transfer texts from an old broken phone to my new phone… although it proved to be more work than originally anticipated he got it done in time and at a reasonable price.

Quick, competent, and polite. You couldn’t ask for more! Thought I had a power port issue, but after a quick check the technician had it charging right away. When I asked about replacing the battery he took the time to make enquiries to ensure I needed the replacement. The fact that he took the time to determine my need, as opposed to pushing a sale, reflects on his professional integrity.

Came to visit a college student who needed a cracked iPhone screen repaired, and we thought we’d have to drive to an Apple Store. Then a friend recommended this place. Extremely good service, he had it fixed in half an hour when we popped back after browsing New Town for a bit. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The corner of my iPhone 6 screen popped out of place somehow– the guys at cell phone zone fixed it in about 30 seconds flat for no charge. If (when) I drop my phone and do real damage to the screen, I’m definitely coming here again. Great alternative to hiking to the Genius Bar in Richmond. Thank you!

took iphone 5 in with home button not functioning due to hardware issues. Took Ebrahim 30 minutes to fix it. Great service, very fair price. IF or should I say when I have another iphone problem I’ll take it here first.
