L’occitane

OMG I want one of EVERYTHING.
I love L’occitane products — especially the Immortelle line and the (now d/c’ed) The Vert. The Lemon verbena lines are lovely also.
Good customer service considering we barged in 5 minutes before closing time.
If you like these shea butter-​based products — the prices and combination sets here are often a great value.

I came here because this is the only store in the area. I was very excited & my expectations were high, because this is L’Occitane. What I received was easily the WORST customer service experience of my life! I walked in, NO greeting. No «hi» or «how are you». NOTHING. The two lazy women behind their tiny counter were too BUSY complaining about an employee that had QUIT the night before. I mean, they wouldn’t SHUT UP about it! They just went on and on, meanwhile, I’m just here for products. I now am so angry at being witness to this tirade, I just want to get the hell out of there. My husband came in and immediately, he knew something was wrong. I have been in customer service for YEARS. I would be ashamed to treat a customer with this kind of blatant disrespect. I spent a LOT of money. However, that’s not why I wanted good service from these ignorant, caustic b#$ 5es. No, it’s because that’s what you get PAID to do! You get money to wait on me. So now, it should come as NO surprise as to WHY this other woman quit. You have a big, fat mouth and you run it, to no purpose. I hope your DM sees this review and cleans house. Your service is lacking & not indicative of the quality I have come to expect from L’Occitane. Shame on you. I’ll never come back here again.

I came here for the first time because I heard how great their hand lotion was. My hands were peeling so bad… I had to try! The associates explained everything I needed to know and I bought a few travel size shower gels and got a free bag. When I tried the shea butter hand lotion… I saw an immediate difference! I will be back again!
