This is a can’t miss spot! After being away from my hometown for a few years, I came back to discover this gem right on Main Street in downtown Williamsburg. Excellent atmosphere with a real community feel. Great beer selection that’s crafted on-site — I really enjoyed the«Code 3» and«Hoser.» They don’t serve food themselves, but pair with a local pizza place to offer specials. Prices are very reasonable considering you’d pay the same for mass-produced domestic beers anywhere else. They also offer growlers to go if you’d prefer to enjoy from home.

This is a great spot! Cool atmosphere, darts, cornhole and not to mention the beer is outstanding! No food but they have delivery available from a few local establishments. Truly a nice addition to Williamsburg.

I am a seasoned beer drinker, new to the IPA variety, but a lover of dark porters and stouts. This place has serious quality and promise. The«Probie» Porter is a must try for any porter or stout lover. The«Flashpoint» IPA was the step into IPAs that I had been looking for. Not too overwhelming for a IPA first timer, and just enough hops to give it that classic, yet unique, IPA taste. Although the place does not serve food, this is not a problem as one might think. There is a pizza place across the street that delivers straight to your table. In addition, there is a competitor pizza joint down the street, 2 minutes away, and a Subway a few shops next to that. Also, there is a small-town supermarket with snack food, and the Old Firehouse Brewery is 100% okay with bringing one’s own food! On Fridays and Saturdays it gets hopping, with locals and visitors alike. This brewery, I have no doubt, will join the ranks of the already numerous, yet quality, craft breweries that Ohio prides itself in, and in my opinion, is already one of them.
