Not my favorite Pilot. Most bathroom stalls were dirty. They were lacking healthy snacks, such as carrots, other veggies or fruit in the refrigerated section. The Wendy’s smelled like they needed to change out the grease traps. I have stopped here at night before, and the bathrooms were clean then. However, the lack of fresh healthy food will deter me from stopping here in the future. I think someone from corporate needs to check in on this place, and make a few recommendations on how to get back on track.

Bathrooms were overflowing with trash, The Wendys at same location was also messy & dirty.
French fries were old & hard, cheeseburger was cold & gross, dining room & kitchen were a mess.

We used to stop at Pilot because of the clean restrooms, however this Pilot’s crappers are by far the most disgusting excuse for an indoor restroom I have encountered. Creepers hang around in the parking lot too. Sketchy guys… Sketchy…

Whenever I travel, I look for pricing on gas, easy access in and out of the highway, and clean bathrooms.
This place is not that bad, yes it’s busy however, It’s cheap and easy to get in and out of.
The bathrooms could use alittle help, but I don’t think I’ve ever been to a gas station that was spotless.

Gas is the cheapest in the area. IN fact it was 20 cents cheaper than the Shell next door, and 10 cents cheaper on the way home.
My only issue really with this place is that the bathrooms suck. Not what you would expect from a Pilot. They’re tiny, they don’t seem to ever be cleaned, and they’re a little sketch sometimes. But when they do close them off to «clean» or restock or whatever, they will open the shower rooms down the hall for you.
