Rude and incompetent.
When I lived in Virginia, the propane tank at my house (which Suburban owned) had a broken meter that always read zero. They took this as an excuse to repeatedly deliver gas agains my wishes, then try to bill me for hundreds of dollars (and multiple years) worth of gas that I didn’t need. This despite repeated calls from me explaining the situation and asking them to stop.
I will never live someplace served by them ever again.
