This place is legit. I think they are coming up on a year as a café(used to be a bar). This place knows great coffee and amazing service. Each time you enter you receive a smile from a happy face behind the counter. They really start your day off right. That and they serve Forty Weight Coffee which is the best stuff around. I hope they get more light snack options, the breakfast burritos are not where its at. The doughnuts are just ok and the bagels are not the reason you go in… that said, the coffee, service, space and tunes make this place a winner in my book.

Very good(and Williamsburg pricey) coffee. Good place to sit and study, lots of outlets. They also have board games.

Got the maple latte. It was delicious. I also got the breakfast burrito which was tasty as well. The atmosphere was cool. Had the hipster old school theme going on. Free wifi and friendly service

Hipsters: stop picking on the girl who is really good at coding. She could destroy you. Pretty good lattes and setting. Expect me again.

Some of the best cold brew in Brooklyn, and a welcome addition to the neighborhood as you can grab your cuppa and run up the stairs to the train. I often stay for the breakfast burrito and make a day of it: this former bar has plenty of room and excellent wifi. Noone is gonna get tetchy if you hang out too long. Locals help me remember why I love Brooklyn.

I stopped by last Sunday to participate in the vote for your favorite donut event. It’s a really interesting lay out for a café. It used to be a bar/lounge. So it’s quite spacious with plenty of seating. I ordered a maple syrup latte then collected my plate with the free flight of donuts. There was a choice of 4 different flavors to try. We’re also given a pencil and paper to write down our choices. I thought it was a really cool event. I probably won’t be a regular since its quite far from where I live, but I’ll certainly keep it in mind when I’m in South Williamsburgh.

The coffee is good even if I can’t say the same about the latte art. This is a versatile place to get your morning fix. You can run in and pick up a call ahead order or come in to stay. The burritos and baked goods are good as well, but the lattes and coffee are the real winners here. The barristas are welcoming and helpful when it comes to ordering. They do a fantastic job at pretending they are listening to you stress about work outloud while they make your bagel. There is also free wifi and plenty of seating if you want to take out your laptop and stress about work for a longer periods of time. The owner will even help you study for licensing exams!

Accidentally stumbled upon this café while inspecting what we thought was a run down/shut down bar. So glad we did! Amazing bagels and burritos, best coffee I’ve had in NYC. Any Melbournians(Aussies) missing their coffee should take the trip over the bridge purely for the coffee and cool interior. Great place to work remotely and/or study.

Decided to stop in quick while passing through and met Mike, one of the owners. He was a really chill guy and the atmosphere of the place was cool –could definitely see it as a place to hang around a drink coffee. Speaking of which, I got a mocha there and it had a very smooth taste: not too milky but not any overpowering bad coffee taste with a fair amount of chocolate flavor. Great stop for sure!

My go-to spot every morning! The coffee is AMAZING, and the service even better! The inside décor makes you feel right at home.

Tried the latte! It was very good. Sometimes you kind of lose the feeling of the beverage because it is lost under all of the milkiness. The milkiness was not over the top so I was still able to taste the flavor of the coffee, which I enjoyed very much. A winner! Ding, ding, ding!

Excellent coffee and breakfast burritos in East Williamsburg. Highly recommend upgrading the burrito to bacon.

Good vibes and Great coffee. Cold brew is killer. Really strong, it’s like super fuel for your morning. They have all your special milks — almond milk, soy milk, skim milk, whole milk. And tea — they have a really refreshing ginger mint iced tea. Great for summer!!!

Iced coffee on a hot summer day is great. They have cold brew and espresso on the menu, all from Brooklyn roasters. And the breakfast burrito is amazing, from Stan’s. I’ll be coming back for that. Like the concept of sitting at the bar for q coffee. Staff is friendly too.

Next level cold brew and good vibes, and the breakfast burrito was on point, especially when you add the green hot sauce. It definitely doesn’t look like a café, since it’s in a bar but the décor and music just add to its unique vibe. Most recommended for a quick grab n’ go breakfast/coffee before you hop the JMZ.

Came here one friday, felt like I walked into some movie set. Packed place, but fugazi crowd… Weirdos in a bad way, goons and hipsters mingling but can get out of hand. Just overall childish crowd and backyard Djs.
