This is a state of the art center and the employees are very helpful, but the wait is absolutely, positively, Horrible! I gave been here many times and each time the wait was no less that 45 mins… Unacceptable

I had a wonderful experience in this store. I don’t know what happened to these other people, but I got excellent service! It was today when I went. I was greeted at the door, a sales rep served me right away. She went through some extra stuff to make sure my phone was activated before I left the store. .. she even worked into her lunch hour. The whole process didn’t take very long, and I left a happy customer.

By far the WORST store you can go to. Their customer support is atrocious. We had to wait for over an hour. No one talked to us. No one asked what our issue was. We asked multiple times how much longer we had to wait. And finally when an agent comes to speak with us, they tell us «we can’t help you. You need to call corporate. You could do this all over the phone.» WHYDIDNOONETELLUSTHISBEFOREWEWAITEDANENTIREHOUR!!! We will NEVER return to this store. We are switching to AT&T.

I went to this store because I needed to get a new phone. I figured it would be the easiest. Not the case. They didn’t even know how my business account worked. They were even rude about it and proceeded to tell me my buisness account was no different than a personal account. I ended up going to a premium retailer instead. If I could I wouldn’t even give this store a star.

I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to get my phone upgrade then the salesperson was not only incompetent but rude. Ended up going elsewhere. This place is a mess.

Verizon customer service is horrible, unless you’re about to spend a lot of money, they really don’t care about helping with whatever problem or concern you present to them. I went to this location because a friends phone broke and needed to be replaced. The man who helped us spoke in a language only a Verizon employee would understand, not someone that doesn’t work in evil phone sales. We woke out without resolution to the problem, without being offered any alternative options to spending tons of money.

Agree that it’s kinda hectic in here even though they try to get you to take a number when you walk in. Their entire process feels a bit awkward. Plus, when I signed up I was assured by the woman who took my order that she’d waive the $ 35 actvation fee. That never happened when I got my first bill.. ..

Kind of a zoo going in there. A bit confusing as to where you’re supposed to go when you go in. There are two doors and two basic rooms. One has all of the latest and greatest phones to show off and entice you with. The other side is the customer service/repair side. If you are there for service and don’t sign in on the computer then you’ll never get waited on. I sat there and watched(someone else was tryign to help her) some lady try to sign in for about 5 minutes before actually getting the computer screen to take her info. My daughter’s phone was broken so I brought it in there. She told me to come back in 10 minutes so she’d have a chance to charge it and try it. Once we established that it was in fact broken it took about 20 minutes for her to set up a new phone and transfer the numbers over as well. Service was ok but noone wandering around from behind the desk to tell people what they should be doing – where to go or sign in.
