After a bad storm, we were in need of having a large tree removed. Even though Dinchers were very busy with cleaning up storm damage, they were very prompt to take care of us. They even contacted PPL for us to repair wires. They removed the stump and were very conscientious with the cleanup. To top it off, they sent a note to thank us for choosing them. Now that is customer service!
