I was VERY unsatisfied with this particular joann fabric store. My daughter had to use the bathroom as many 5 yr olds do frequently… I asked to use their bathroom, as we had the last time we were visiting the store and the same thing happened… the manager welcomed us to use the bathroom in the back room. I was told «we dont have public bathrooms» as she looked at my daughter and I. By this time my daughter was literally crossing her legs she had to go. The employee refused. and walked away. I tried to quickly shop for the fabrics I was looking for, as I drove almost a 1hr as they were the closest to where we lived, I was NOT about to load three kids back in the car and drive to the nearest Mcd’s. Call me harsh but they were either gonna let my daughter use the bathroom for 3 minutes OR clean up her urine on the floor. What really ticked me off was that I know where the bathrooms are and we used them in the past. Not to mention they botched my order on cut fabric and bickered about «end of bolt» price.
I ended up purchasing the fabric, all $ 80 worth. but I will be returning it. I am so upset and unsatisfied with that store and its employees. I will take my business somewhere else.
