I love this store and whenever I’m in williamsport for work I make sure to always swing by. Authorized fender dealer and there is always something new and interesting when I come in. Most importantly is the staff– they leave me alone and help me when I ask for it. This is HUGE being a woman in a music store and I sincerely appreciate the store not assuming that I’m looking for something for my boyfriend or that I’m completely daft and don’t know how to play a guitar or turn on an amp. I feel comfortable here, which is very difficult for me to do at most music stores.
Also, their guitars, amps, and pedals are all fairly and reasonably priced and I always leave wishing that k&s was closer to Scranton.

Love these guys! K and S music is where I have made all of my significant musical purchases. Educated staff, relaxed environment, and great selection of gear. Anything from too of the line stuff to great gift ideas for beginners. If you’re looking to purchase an instrument? Great store with superb customer service. They will match any price you can find on the internet, so you are better off buying from K&S and getting their excellent customer service with your purchase. Very knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of guitars, basses, keyboards, drums, pedals, cords, PA equipment, mixers, lights, etc. Our band bought PA equipment from them. When one of the speakers failed, they gave us a replacement to use until the manufacturer repaired the speaker. That’s why you are much better off buying from them than buying on the internet.

Knowledgable and friendly people there, and while their prices are good for a music store, you of course can save money buy shopping online. The best thing is they are eager to help you if they can, you can play the instruments before you buy (unlike buying online) and they are the most reliable music store in Williamsport.
