Why don’t I come here more often? Le Jeune Chef is an underrated gem. I went there for their first in a series of French regional-​themed dinners. This night’s theme — French Mountains. It was difficult to choose among the entrees… They all sounded delish, but I ultimately chose the tableside entrée. Every course was absolutely wonderful.

I adore this place. My family and I go for special occasions and the experience is always stellar. It is located on the campus of Penn Tech but do not let the outdoor look deter you! The décor inside is warm, clean, and five-​star. The staff is welcoming. They have a full bar (best margarita I’ve ever had), and a siginifcant wine list — as well as what to pair with your entrée. The menu is small, but spectacular. I have never been disappointed. Even their side salad is beautiful and delicious. Everything is appetizing and aesthically pleasing.
I would suggest, those who are picky or vegetarians call ahead or check their menu online. I believe they do accomodate to vegetarians, however, they did have vegetarian options listed on their menu, which were delicious.
Reservations are recommend.
Expect to spend a few hours here. Not for those in a rush!
