This studio has an incredible selection of glass items, such as vases, bowls, lampshades and ornaments, which vary in price.
They also offer classes in glass blowing, beginning with glass paperweights. The classes are great fun, because the staff is kind and encouraging, and there is a genuine element of learning how to do things, rather than having them done for you. It is also possible to see other groups doing it, and there’s at least one day a year when they take walk-​ins! Groups need to be 3 – 4 people, and it takes one or two days for the glass to cool, so if you’re only in the area for a few days, factor this in.
