Cross Keys Coach

We live in south jersey and took a cruise out of nyc for our honeymoon. The limo driver picked us up promptly on the way to and from the cruise terminal. They assisted us with our luggage. Overall it was a smooth, comfortable, good ride. Took away any trouble for us to drive into nyc and find/​pay for parking.

Friendly and efficient! Folks are very professional. We used them several times and had great service.

I am a little late in this review but I wanted to post when i got a chance. I do not usually post but the wife keeps asking if i did the Unilocal for our nice night out. You know what they say, Happy wife equals happy life so here you go. I have to say this service is outstanding. We recently had an anniversary and our kids booked this limousine service and they were 15 minutes early, very nice, very accommodating and the limousine was fully stocked with ice cold water. Our drivers name was Mike and he was absolutely the nicest person we have ever had while taking a limousine. He was over and above what you would expect a driver to be. In this day in age you do not always get what you pay for and we feel that we received service more than what our kids paid for because this man was absolutely outstanding to us with great sports conversation and his wittiness was a lot of fun as well. It was very interactive and he was very informative about places to go and places to eat in the city. We very much enjoy quality service and quality people as we don’t get out that often in a setting such as this. I don’t know if anyone reads these things but I wanted to make sure that this review hopefully is read by someone that is in a position of power for this company as the service was outstanding the car was extremely clean and very comfortable and Cross Keys coach is an outstanding company. I would recommend this company and this driver to anyone as they were both outstanding. Thank you for making our anniversary such a wonderful time and the restaurant you recommended was phenomenal. So this was for my daughters 1^st concert and they never showed up!!! Never Never would I recommend this company !!! Terrible !!! If I could rate no stars I would!

Very professional and reasonable priced car service; perhaps most importantly, Woody the driver was early to pick my parents up both in NJ and in Philadelphia. The town car was clean and comfortable and I was able to relax from 250 miles away while Cross Keys Coach took care of my elderly parents. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend Cross Keys. Although they were on time, the driver was a little too familiar for a group of 5 girls. He (Mike) hit on our one friend over the phone and it wasn’t appropriate.

My siblings and I threw a «Trip Down Memory Lane» party for my parents’ 50^th wedding anniversary. We took them to over 15 places — where they met, where they got married, their first home, etc. Some places we stopped, others we just drove by. Cross Keys Coach did an AMAZING job! The limo bus was great. Clean, on time, stocked with water and ice. The driver Joe was just great! I was really worried this wouldn’t work out considering all the places we visited and the coordination involved. But… not one issue, not one complaint! Love them!

Don the owner of the company actually drove us himself to the AC airport which was really nice. It’s rare that the owner will take care of you themselves. The vehicle was clean and more importantly on time. It was us who was late. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We purchased one of their wine tours and had an amazing time! It wasn’t the newest limo but it was still very nice. Our driver was very sweet and was great. I would go back to them again.
