If I could give 0 stars I would because the customer service is horrible. I was a paying customer for 4 years 200.00 per month … I went to my storage on yesterday and they locked me out of both units because I needed to pay 48.00??? Eventhough I have auto payment through my bank that was withdrawn the day before. Anyway Georgette is her name. She must have something really wrong mentally with her. She is the absolute worst and needs to lose her job. After paying 65.00 when she said initially I only owed 48.00. After 1 hour of dealing with this dingbat I decided to go to another facility rent a Uhaul come back and empty out both units. I will never do business or recommend. The definitely don’t know what customer service is about. Georgette needs to go to a school and learn what customer service is about. She’s CLUELESS. Don’t go there!
