The only thing good about this place is the cheese fries. Everything else is average if not subpar. Their delivery service isn’t all that great either. I don’t know if they just refuse to hire more delivery people or what but it takes them too long 60% of the time. I used to order from them here and there but I now refuse because the convenience is not worth the frustration. The last time I ordered from them, they brought 2 salads soaking wet. They keep their lettuce in chilled water but don’t properly drain it. So the lettuce was soggy. The croutons too. There was literally water sitting on the bottom. Yuck. I asked them to send another one and they told me I had to either wait until the next time the delivery person was in my area or come get it. I decided to wait. When the salads came back it was the wrong salad and things were missing in it (eg croutons). It was a mess.

We ordered delivery and they were prompt but the pizza was not good at all. The crust was extremely thick and non flavorful (dense and flavorless) — cheese was strange too. Wings were mediocre at best. Just not great food. It may appeal to some if you enjoy thick crust…

We ordered from here for the first time recently and I don’t think we will be again. Not real pizza to me, just a very doughy, bubbly pie. Very similar to a Chuck Cheese pizza, but not even as good. We got half buffalo chicken pizza and it was very dry. Even plain side left much to be desired.
Pretty disappointed, the search is still on for our go-to pizza place in Williamstown area. Delivery was fast anyway.

Very good pizza, very clean and the workers are very nice. If there is ever a problem with my order (which isn’t often) they always take care of it. You cant beat their price on the party pizza.

Horrible delivery person. I ordered a large pie and when it arrived, it had slid all to one side of the box. I complained and they said they would refund my card but a week later, it’s still not done. After four years of ordering, I’ll never order again. No excuse for that.

I was told the restaurant was closed 20 minutes before it was advertised as closed. Both an employee and a manager were more concerned with leaving than making some food. I was going in that direction and about 5 minutes away. O well. I’ll never eat there with those attitudes

Went every day for lunch over the course of two weeks. Nicks has great lunch specials and a friendly staff. And the portions are huge. I recommend the eggplant parm sub and their sausage (which you can add as a side to the dinner platters).

I’ve gone here for lunch every day for the past week. The portions are so large, most nights I left with dinner too. Service was great! The employees were friendly and moved quickly. There were days when there were a lot of other customers and it didn’t seem to slow the staff down. The eggplant parm sandwich is REALLY good! I’ll be back!
