Hate to give a low star to an other wise finely run service provider .Like ;that they have a no ethanol gas option that is rare. Food that is good and plentiful for a reasonable price. Clean, organized varied stock. I can get Vermont coffee there, where usually it’s only available at co-ops. Unfortunately some of the help is very rude and unfriendly. For myself I try to ignore it, when asked to chop vegetables that are meant to be chopped, I’m ignored. Except for Two blond employees who are unfailingly courteous and prepare foods as per management, I’ve had little to no luck with other youthful employees. these are women and I hesitate to complain about a sister, but my son was treated badly enough that I must. I Have a grown handicapped son that accompanied me once and while I ignored rudeness to me, I was appalled that my son(who smiles and says hello) was rebuffed .When complaint to oldest /older employee, she unsmilingly ignored me, while my son begged me not to say anything. Needless to say this incident put me off an otherwise good establishment .Why hire so many disrespectful employees, when the few are so sunny and helpful?

Ever since their big renovation, Pump and Pantry has really become the one stop shop for everything you could need in the area. Their has prices are competitive and there’s rarely a wait and most of the staff is very quick and friendly. They carry everything from cut cold meats and cheese to snacks, soda, and fruit. They also have a little café where you can get a quick lunch made fresh just for you! If you like a good grinder packed with meat and at a super good price, this is the place for you. They also have an ice cream bar open during spring and summer that has every flavor and variety under the sun. The line tends to be long, but it’s well worth the wait(just be careful because they’re portions are MUCH bigger than you’d expect) Overall, Pump and Pantry really is a great place to stop. You really can’t go wrong!
