Walmart Supercenter

Best Wal-​Mart ever, especially the bakery. They were very accommodating and enthusiastic in making a Sons of Anarchy cake for my sister in law. I cannot remember the girls name, I think it was Megan or Morgan, but she was awesome. I tried for the same cake at the nearby Shoprite and they acted like it was a hassle. Thank you again for such an awesome cake.

The store is okay but the cashiers are soo slow, it’s like there getting paid to see who can be the slowest. Don’t get caught in the line with the gray Curley haired guy you will be there for hours

The store is very big and usually very clean. There are hardly any ever crowds even when the parking lot seems packed.
There are a few shops inside — hair salon, subway restaurant & auntie Anne’s pretzels which is very convenient.
The staff and service in the store itself however, leave something to be desired. Not once has a cashier asked me how I was or even remotely smiled in my direction.
But with that being said, I would most definitely recommend this location over the Turnersville location.

Not generally a fan of Walmart.
When I lived with my parents in Franklinville– we started going here once it opened. It was so much nicer and quieter than any other Walmart I had encountered. I figured over time it would become more busy and crowded — not really the case. However I must say– over the time they’ve gotten lazy or worse at ordering — when I had went recently many items were sold out.

This WalMart store is great. Even when there are crowds you don’t feel overwhelmed because the aisles are wide. It is neat and clean and the customer service from all employees is excellent. The fruit and produce are outstanding and the store has a huge selection of anything you could possibly need. It offers a large variety of prices. This store has been a major boost to the community. It’s one stop shopping in a pleasant atmosphere and the employees actually know their stock. I highly recommend this store.

What can I say about Walmart that most people don’t already know. This location is so much less crowded than any others I’ve been in. I find it to be cleaner than others but some items seem to take forever to get back in stock when they run out so good luck with finding favorite items.
I just wanted to add that since I’m here on a daily basis I decided to join the Savings Catcher program. In the last six days I have added 7 (yes I know, I need another hobby besides shopping at Walmart) receipts and so far I’m able to redeem $ 7.71 in savings!
I haven’t actually tried to redeem it yet so I will keep you posted.

I was charged twice for an item I bought at this store. I know this happens not a big deal Right? So I go back to the store they tell me the manager has to review the cameras and he will return the call tomorrow. Guess what no return call so I call two more times. I am promised each time someone will return the call and never does. I email the corporate office no response. So I call customer service corporate office and they tell me I will get a call by end of week. On a sunday I get a call from store, I missed the call and returned the call Monday only to be told she isnt in and I would have to come in the store for them to credit me. At this point I am beyond annoyed and I call back customer service only to be on the phone for 33 minutes and no resolution. I asked to be connected to a supervisor and she disconnects the call. 21 days later and I still have not been credited for their mistake in overcharging me. The worst customer service ever!!!

One of the better Walmarts I must say! Never crazy crowded. You can shop at any time during the day/​night and never feel overwhelmed. You can run into the occasional Sunday crowds but nothing like the other Walmarts I’ve been too (Turnersville). The staff here is actually really pleasant (same goes for the staff at the Subway inside). Store is clean, well-​kept, and very spacious. Great addition to the Williamstown community!
